I have been very pleased with Wellbrook. Food is very good. Staff is friendly and professional. Building is always clean.

The people are great. It’s clean. The food is semi good, a lot of selections, but the menu doesn’t change very often. The care is awesome here, the people are nice and do a good job.

I have lived at the long term care facility for nearly three years. During that time I have always been treated with respect and well cared for. While I am well pleased with the staff the upper management and officials with the home office have proved to be inefficient. But managent does not make the facility successful, the staff does! For that reason I would strongly recommend the long term care facility here.

We placed our mother here for hospice care. She was well cared for during the two month decline. The staff was very caring and attentive.

My loved one stayed here for her respite care, and I feel it was a very good experience. The staff were just so nice, accommodating, helpful, and they did just what they had promised. The place is really clean and well maintained. The food also looked really good. I would certainly recommend River Terrace to others.

I chose this community because it’s close to my church, but there have been a few issues I’ve run into. My wife sometimes requires a bit more care than normal and because of this, they’re trying to nickel and dime us for everything. This place is big and beautiful and the staff is pretty good, but they have a lot to do. I have to remind them to do things a lot. For example, there’s a picture we’ve wanted them to help us hang up and each time we ask, they say they’ll get to it. But I’ve had to ask them 3 times so far and still no help. The food is pretty good but a fair amount of it is fried. They’re really short on vegetables and could use a lot more, though they have plenty of protein. I know my wife would eat more vegetables and I’d like to see more of that on her plate. The place seems pretty clean and they have a lot of activities. People come in and sing, they have crossword puzzles, TV, and they’ll take them out for outings but it’s up to the day nurse to decide who gets to go out. If I want to take my wife out, though, I can just go and get her no problem. I want to say I would recommend this place for others and if you have a lot of money, then yeah I recommend them. It’s a new facility, there’s a lot of room, and they keep the residents pretty active. But if they keep raising the rates, it’s going to be overpriced.

My brother-in-law has moved into Ridgecrest Health Campus, and overall, it has been a worthwhile experience for us. Sometimes, he isn’t groomed as well as I would like, and he’s not completely shaved, but there are usually 2-3 attendants there, so he is well taken care of in general. The food is good, complete, and nutritious with large portions. He has actually put on weight since he got there. They have lots of activities to stimulate the residents’ brains such as alphabet games, coloring, and memory; they have wine and cheese outings, ice cream trips, and other activities as well. In general, Ridgecrest is a very good community, and we would recommend it.

This is a nice looking community. The person that took us on tour was friendly. This community seems to offer some nice activities. This community was just a little to expensive for us.

We are very happy with the care our mother is receiving here. The staff are very supportive, the community is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Our mom has special needs so she is not able to be a part of the activities but they do keep the residents here busy. The management is easy to work with if there is a problem. My dad has a direct number which makes him feel better. I would recommend taking a tour to see for yourself.

Silver Oaks Health Campus was a very nice community. The people there were extremely nice. They provided all levels of care there, and they even had Medicaid beds. We choose another community that located closer to our home.

Hearthstone Health Campus is a new and beautiful community. They were friendly and very helpful. The memory care assisted living units weren't quite complete when we were looking for a place for our loved one. They offered to be accommodating, but we ended up choosing another community for now. I would not hesitate to chose this facility for my loved one. I would strongly recommend.

visited, nice facility still too expensive but closer to budget

I had a pleasant tour of this community, everything went well. The community was nice, and clean. However the style of the facility was more of a modern style. She likes more of a traditional style. The staff we nice, and helpful. They were informative, and answered my questions. It was a good experience, but this community was not the right fit for my mothers taste in style.

This community was very nice. it was very clean well maintained. However, the environment gave me the feel of city living not a warm homey feel. it tended to lean more on independent living then assisted living side.

My grandmother is doing fine here. She has settled into her comfort.She is not one to socialize and do any sort of activities she tends to stay to herself for the most part. However, the community offers a lot of things that the residents can do. The community is well taken care of the very nice place. The staff is very nice to every one the residents and families that come to visit we are always made to feel welcomed. My grandmother loves the food here.

Adequate. Understaffed but friendly people. Patient care as far as bathing and clean clothes needs improvement. Will try to accommodate patient food choices. Family member or close friend is helpful for the patient in making sure that all needs are met.

As a family member I have had first hand experiences with several different nursing facilities. Cypress Pointe made it to good with reservations. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful but there always seems to be a shortage of help. I cannot imagine what it is like for patients that have no one to speak for them. Bathing of the patient on a regular basis seemed to be a problem along with clean sheets. I realize with a shortage of help these things cannot be done on a daily basis unless there is urine or feces involved, however a sponge bath with clean clothes would seem reasonable at least every other day. The food is adequate and the kitchen will try and get whatever the patient requests. The therapy department is very helpful and always answers every question and offers advice if asked for it. Housekeeping kept the room and bathroom clean. Never met the director of the facility saw him but he never introduced himself. Other staff in authority were friendly and helpful.

There were a few things about this community that weren't going to work in my favor. First was the location it was on the east side of town which was going to give us more traffic to have to deal with. The location would have been a 40-minute drive from my house so that wasn't going to work. The community itself was just too big. However, on the positive side, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They keep it very clean and well maintained.
