To my very special therapists here at Ava Springs. All of you people helped me me in so many ways on my road to recovery and to get back home again. I still have issues but I am still working on that. Also thank you in home care for their help. I was always so great to see all your smiling faces most every day even though you weren't feeling up to par yourself, you kept going. Thank you greatly for all you did for me. God bless you all!

I have 3 "tours" at Avalon Springs and therefore, 3 "tours" with the rehab staff. On of my times was with a broken neck. The rehab staff attended to every aspect of my recovery in a most friendly and professional way.

I was a resident for about 10 weeks with a broken leg and ankle. I was not looking forward to my stay, but found I was very comfortable and treated like a friend not a patient. I looked forward to therapy every day because they made it fun while making me work hard. Therefore when I went home I was able to care for myself. They are very caring people who know how to treat patients in pain. Love them all.

I received great therapy at Avalon Springs and would recommend it to anyone needing therapy. All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rehab staff are so great, professional and compassionate. As are the entire Avalon staff. Thank you for changing my life forever. I will never forget you.

I had my right shoulder replaced not only therapy for that. They also on worked on my walking with straight for that.

There were a lot of nice people here when I stayed here for awhile. The food was really good. Taking a lot of pain meds was kinda embarrassing. Getting my knee to work again was pretty hard. Thanks Avalon Springs people.

Not just therapists, but family and friends. Thanks for all the care and advice.

My dad had a wonderful stay. I never thought I would be able to take him home again, but he's home now because of the great care the staff takes of their residents. I would recommend this place!

My husband does not qualify for this community now, but they still provide me with support and education. I appreciate that this company is interested in sharing knowledge about dementia care. There expertise is invaluable to me.

Wonderful facility. The care that they have given my aunt is exceptional. The layout/design of the facility is beautiful and the staff, even more so. They seem to take a genuine interest in their residents. If I'm ever in need of a facility like this... this is where I would want to be.

My mom has just moved in but I cannot say enough about the care and planning we have received from the staff and the positive energy we have witnessed in how the team interacts with the residents. This place seems totally focused on building positive moments for the residents.

The president there is excellent and very hands on and loves to help everyone including the residents at thrive. The staff want the very best for the residents & families. It's Beautiful inside & out and very well designed. They also have the most amazing nurses and care specialist to be there for the residence. I Love how everyone is Unique and one of kind . I Definitely recommend this place????.

We placed our mother in Thrive last month. I cannot recommend this facility and the staff enough. They met privately with my sister and me when we were just exploring options. Nobody was in a rush or pressured us at all. When our mom fell and we had to make a quick decision, Thrive folks were right there, explaining everything! They were super flexible with payment options, room choices, what to bring or not bring, etc. This was all new to us and Thrive held our hand every step. And by the way, our Mom is doing wonderfully. There's activities, plenty of happy staff, care with dignity, easy easy communication. You can have peace on this journey and Thrive helps you get it.

After placing my Dad in Thrive 10 months ago I honestly have to say he’s doing SO much better than he was at home. He’s more at peace and not aggravated with his memory lapses; he’s physically healthier because he now gets 3 balanced meals a day; and his meds are now being administered correctly by caring nurses. He’s cognitively stimulated by the various activities they schedule and the social interaction he gets from the staff and residents. If we hadn’t put Dad into this facility he probably wouldn’t be alive today.

This community is amazing for so many reasons. The staff is so caring and educated on how to work with residents and their family living with dementia. To them, resident's are just not people, they are family. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful; upon entering you immediately feel right at home. They have so many activities that keep resident's engaged and entertained. The location is perfect as it's right off the interstate. I can not say enough about this community and it's staff, I give it an A+.
