All would be 5's. Unfortunately we only had 2 visits because [name removed] had some medical complications that made home care no longer an option. She really liked the people and I found them very easy to work with.

Every one my Dad had was very helpful with my stepmother. They only had them a short time. Moved in Assisted living & in [date removed] my father passed away. They all did a great job.

The Home Instead worker that we had was really great and reliable. She was always on time and very friendly! From what I could tell she followed all my instructions for mom. During mom's final days she offered many comforting words.

I had to be out of town for a week. My husband is a dialysis patient and does not drive. He is dependent on a walker. His reach is limited and he also deals with neuropathy in his feet and hands. We were able to secure transportation for him to get him to and from dialysis. However, having someone in our home when he arrived back was needed. The gal who helped us was wonderful, preparing breakfast or an early lunch for him; Refilling the Keurig machine, washing dishes, even cleaning out the fridge. She cleaning crumbs from the floor, wiped down counters. Best of all, she was there to listen to him. He is pretty much homebound and loves to talk to people.

They have worked with me great if something happened that I needed to change schedule for dr appointment or anything else. [name removed]is a wonderful caregiver. I couldn't ask for anyone !better

[name removed] is so helpful and courteous. He is up to date on everything. I am glad that I found First Light. The aides are great and professional. Would definitely recommend the agency.

Overall experience - great!! Very professional! Staff is very friendly! They took great care of my dad at his home! Great value!! With staff coming to our home! The group did a great job!! We brought my dad home to pass. He passed very comfortably and painless with the teams help!!

Senior Care Helpers come to help my mother 4 days a week, for several hours a lt a time. They help her run her errands, keep up her house, and allow her to continue to live independently in her own home. Whenever there are any questions, or scheduling issues that happen, they are quick to respond and accommodate whatever needes adjusting.

I would definitely recommend them! all of the caregivers were wonderful except for one, who was good but not as compassionate as the others.

Very happy with the friendship of the clients I have visited with. Very helpful and takes on the task to make sure my brother is taken care of. He has frontal lobe dementia and ALS. Not in his right state of mind.

5 on all categories!! The staff are Very responsive and professional. When the first caregiver turned out not to be the best fit for us one of the supervisors came to our house right away and listened to our concerns. That was on a Friday and on Monday they sent a new caregiver who turned out to be wonderful in every way! Also so glad Home Instead was submitting the required paperwork to our long term care insurance company. One less thing I had to do and allowing more time with my husband.

Avid Health Care Solutions had caregivers staff that came to our house to care for my "late" husband during the last 7 months of his life. They helped feeding manually and also used the feeding tube for him. They had. good experience as a whole. The people and caregivers were friendly. The quality of care was great. The administrative staff answered phone calls and emails on a timely manner. It was rather expensive at $[fee removed] per hour

They can do just about anything, we customized it to my mom's plan and what I needed in my life to help with the stress of keeping her at home. Cuz, although, we all want our parents to stay home, this [profanity removed] is hard and Home Instead has given me just the right amount of help to make life easier for everyone

The staff are always on time, did what was on my list or would check with office staff if something went wrong. [name removed] became aggressive towards the end.
