I have performed for the Silvergate residents for over 10 years. Each performance is well attended by the residents their guests, and some of the busy staff. All the folks who wish to attend are transported to the performance hall, arriving on time each month. Everyone seems happy to see and hear the music. Silvergate provides lunch for me prior to playing. The food and service can be nobly compared to a cruise ship. Top notch! definitely First Class! I look forward coming to Silvergate every single month!

Been friends of residents here at this community for years and it’s always been well managed and clean. They recently renovated much of the community, so it looks even better than ever! I would highly recommend this community and trust their local owners who seem to really care.

As someone who has seen a fair share of memory care’s, I am blown away by Silvergate San Marcos’ neighborhood “Suites” concept. It makes it feel like a warm, welcoming community from the moment you enter and removes all negative connotations associated with “memory care” living. From the moment you walk through this communities doors, you feel like you’re at home. The staff is attentive, warm, and compassionate. This community has left a favorable lasting impression with me and wish more organizations would operate with the same standards. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a loved one!

My aunt is a resident of Silvergate, Fallbrook. I have had several extended visits during her time there. I have found the staff to be very welcoming and efficient in all areas. They greet all residents with a smile and conversation that indicates they truly know the person. They listen to residents and make adjustments to do everything they can to make them feel a part of a closely knit community. One example is their menu review meetings. The staff truly listens to the residents' suggestions and tries new things to accommodate their requests. The grounds are well-kept and provide a very pleasant atmosphere. The common areas are festively decorated for the seasons. Living out of town, I find comfort that my aunt is at Silvergate.

I have been living here for a few months and I love the friendly staff and residents. We have a lot of activities available and one of my favorite things to do is bingo. I am grateful for the people that work here.

As guests of Sivergate, we have taken advantage of several outings with other guests and residents at modest cost. Each has been well planned to local various attractions and events. All were fun, and the staff were very accommodating, attentive, and informative. Whenever meals were included, first class restaurants were selected and the food great! These outings are a super opportunity to socialize and enjoy other Silvergate residents and guests.

I have had tours of the facility, eaten at the facility and gone on excursions with the facility. I can only say this is the friendliest; most organized organization you’d ever find. There are home accommodations for everyone, the food is amazing, the staff is over the top!!! When I’m ready this will most definitely be my choice.

Silvergate is a friendly and active place to live and/or visit. Staff and residents interact with each other in a way that exemplifies caring. It’s a place I can easily see myself living in the not too distant future.!

When my father passed away, I knew that my mother needed to be in a social environment but she loved her home and was not ready to leave it. After researching retirement communities, I learned of Silvergate and asked her to come on a tour with me. I knew it was early and that she wasn’t ready for a move but thought I would get her thinking about it. During the tour I could see her excitement as she learned about all of the amenities, social activities and programs. I was so surprised at the end of the your when she told me that she wanted to move. Her apartment is beautiful and perfect for her to feel at home but not have any of the burdens of taking care of a home. I love visiting her but the best part is that I don’t have to worry about her being alone. I know that she is safe, happy, cared for and has a built in social network. I feel so lucky to have found Silvergate and I’m so thankful for all of the Silvergate staff that make my mom feel special and part of a family

My 93 year old, very mobile, father and I searched a number of senior living independent living locations throughout the San Diego region before deciding on Silvergate. The friendliness, attention to detail, quality of facilities, food, and activities made the decision easy. But, what really made the difference in the decision was the staff. Starting with the marvelous [name removed] and continuing with the rest of the staff, they have got it all together. We were astounded to find the longevity of employment for nearly all the staff. Most have been there for more than 5-10 years! Their attention to detail, the personalized service, including nearly everyone calling my dad by name the first few days, really made my dad feel comfortable. [name removed], in particular, has made a point of making everyone in my family feel cared for and welcome. Don't hesitate to become part of this lovely community for the seniors in your family.

After careful consideration my father agreed that it was time to move to a retirement community. We visited numerous places through San Diego County. Silvergate -Fallbrook was the right place for Dad. Every staff member has been a blessing. The community is absolutely wonderful. We could not be more thankful for the kindness, patience, and service that Silvergate has extended. Dad was resistant to make the move but after only 2weeks in his new home is free with compliments and knows it was the best move. Thank you Silvergate. Blessings to all. You are the best!

The Team here are so incredibly kind and caring. It is very rare that a team have a very long stay in senior living as professionals tend to jump around. But not this team! They know their residents and families so well. True heart for all. They’re always provide great activities, events that not only residents and families join in but professionals too. I always receive a very warm welcome. The amazing Dietary staff … well let’s just say nummy always. Thank you Silvergate Fallbrook for all you do!

Sadly, at 90 years old, my mother-in-law was diagnosed with advanced dementia and were lucky enough to have found professional and compassionate care for her her at Silvergate Memory Care in Rancho Bernardo. From the Executive Director [name removed] , to every nurse, chef, dinning fall staff, security, every employee exhibits the highest level of professional care toward our loved one and show the deepest empathy to my wife and I at this difficult time. Most of all, in her current state of advanced dementia, my mother-in-law is someone that others cold and have taken advantage of. Finally, if a state certified secure memory facility is something you are considering for your loved one, will tell you that [name removed] and staff will painlessly guide you through the process. My wife now gets restful sleep knowing that her mother is in a safe. clean and professionally run facility of the highest caliber.

When it became medically impossible and too physically demanding to care for mom and dad on our own, me and my siblings chose Silvergate Rancho Bernardo. It was like taking our parents to loving family members who were all professionals in caring for our elderly (mid-90's) parents. We were VERY picky! In fact we considered 28 places but none fit our tight criteria/tight budget until the 29th place, Silvergate Rancho Bernardo. And, we have never regretted our decision but instead were constantly proven correct in our choice. My mom would say quite often how much she loved her apartment, the staff, the food, the activities and the love that she felt each day. My dad, never one for many words, would say that these staff members are 'his comfort'...how much he appreciated the help they received in everything and anything from changing the time on the microwave to getting him to the ER after a fall. We highly recommend Silvergate Rancho Bernardo!

I lived in Fallbrook for more than 30 years, and when the time came to start searching for my future home I chose to stay here in Fallbrook. I am glad I chose this place because Silvergate has met my expectations.

My wife and I are planning ahead and researching senior living facilities. [name removed] provided us with detailed information on floor plans, in house services and costs as well as a excellent tour of the facility. We were very impressed with Silvergate and the friendly staff. Friends of ours are residents of Silvergate and are extremely pleased with the lifestyle and recommended it to us. Our tour and interactions with [name removed] and the staff confirmed their enthusiasm. We look forward to joining them in the near future.

We have been looking at independent and assisted living facilities in North County and from the first step inside we were blown away by the facility and the staff. The facility is 5 star, immaculate, light and bright and they have many safety precautions in place for the residents. The staff is extremely caring and kind, we noticed that they know the residents by name and genuinely care about them. The vibe here is happy, vibrant and you can see that the residents are thriving with the care, activities, food and I am so excited that my parents chose this place to call their next home. Besides the heated pool, bocce ball, BBQ area, mini putt putt golf, and the beautiful grounds, the residents have privileges at Bernardo Heights County Club where they can play tennis and pickleball, and it is directly next to Silvergate so an easy walk to get there. They have so many groups that anyone from any walk of life will find a group of friends. Make this amazing place your next home!

Our time at Silvergate Rancho Bernardi often feels as though we are on vacation on a cruise ship, or at a very nice resort, with the added bonus of continuing to live with your friends and staff in our relatively small family-owned setting. You have multiple high quality choices for all three meals, Casual dining is available for all meals with outdoor seating as a lunch option, and fine dining as an option in the evening. Extended serving times provide additional flexibility. There are a number of special themed lunch events and special holiday meals throughout the year. Services from maintenance, housekeeping, and health services are friendly and professional. There are a nice mix of activities regularly available; physical activities, cards, games, arts, bingo, arts and crafts, special social events with live music, and themed lunch events. Field trips to concerts, plays, museums, restaurants, etc. are planned throughout the year.

We have lived at Silvergate for over two years. We find it to be a wonderful place to live, environment, activities and residents are first class. Our minds are stimulated in our bodies strengthened! A great place to live!
