I have lived here over two years & everything is available that I need! Nice people to talk to, wonderful staff, good food & I enjoy the outings! My son finds great comfort that I am safe here at Silvergate! I would highly recommend our community!

Silvergate is very personable and I feel like they actually are concerned about me and my wife. I feel they go out of their way caring for my wife at SG as well. I feel the Med Techs are very well trained and show my wife extra care and attention .

Silvergate has done good job caring for my mother for almost four years. She gets good Honest care , Silvergate employees seem to treat her as one of their own family members. I wish I knew more of the employees names but I do not. There are a few Care Givers who are patient beyond belief and are true hero’s . To do what these folks do is nothing short of wonderful.

Our host went out of her way to answer all questions and to show us everything we were interested in. The staff and residents are very welcoming. and helpful. We were able to visit several units to compare floor plans of the two bedroom units. Overall, a very good day!

I live over an hour away.......and drive to Rancho Bernardo 4 times a week to see my husband of 20 years..........He has Alzheimer's and when he was home, had a terrible time with sun downing (wandering in the evening).......security picked him up in the early a.m., many a time, confused and sometimes injured......... There are many choices of good memory care facilities in the San Diego area - I saw most of them! The care, the activities to keep my [name removed] engaged, healthy food - all of it, is the BEST.......after my tour - I signed up right away..... The truly BEST - is that my husband collapsed a couple months ago there - within 30 sec. - 2 caregivers and a med-tech were on him with C.P.R., 911 call, clearing the surroundings - and paramedics there within 5 min.... rushed to the Pomerado Hospital 2 miles away. [name removed], had pneumonia, at 99 yrs. old, went to skilled nursing at Pomerado, now back at Silvergate fully recovered, and doing physical therapy.. Like I said - SAFE -

After visiting eight senior independent living communities and many more researched on line, Silvergate came on top in every category. It started with the first impression as you drive into the open and attractive community. Also the lobby is as welcoming as the community as a whole. My tour was led by [name removed] who couldn’t have been more friendly, knowledgeable and caring. As we walked through the property all the residents were reacting to her in such a positive way, you could tell she was well liked and appreciated. I felt the same way. All of the many amenities were top notch. I also ate there and the food was delicious.. it was the first community I saw that I knew I would be happy there. The only problem is everyone else feels the same way so consequently there is a waiting list. I still put down a deposit and will patiently wait for my new home to became available.

Everyone has been so helpful from moving in to establishing a new network of friends and caring assistants.. Enjoying new activities and participating in healthy programs.

So far we've been very happy with Silvergate. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I like the level of communication they give us, and they always respond to any questions we have. The care of our loved one has been going well. They do well with activities overall. I would just like to see more variation in activities for higher functioning residents in memory care.

I like Silvergate very much! The food is wonderful! The staff is wonderful and so are the residents! I knew one person here before I came and I trusted her judgement and then another friend raved about Silvergate and she was not even a resident here. It is great!

Silvergate is the third retirement community that I have lived in and by far the best! It's management, staff, and facilities are way above my expectations. They offer a variety of activities and accommodate a variety of needs. The community grounds are beautiful and well cared for as well.

It was becoming clear to me that I could no longer take care of my house and one day I saw the signs about tours at Silvergate and dropped in. The marketing director showed me around but it took three or four visits and help from my siblings to make a decision to move here. Never regretted it.

I found this place from APFM a few years ago when I was starting this process, and when I restarted the search again. This place came up and was rated number one, so I came down and toured. My son and daughter and law came to tour with me and we all liked it. Since they live in Fallbrook it worked out good.

I am totally happy with Silvergate! I could not be in a better place. My daughter found this place for me and she had heard great reviews about Silvergate from the whole community and I totally agree!!

It has exceed our family's expectations, is the best in the area. Silvergate is very expensive, but we are getting everything needed for the money spent. Overall has been a great experience.

I’m a retired dietician with Stouffer Foods as my first career. Later I worked for JC Penny as a design consultant. Both companies delivered excellent customer service. After one year as a resident of Sivergate, I believe I have made the best choice of places to spend the rest of my life. Silvergate staff deliver excellence in service in all areas. I’m delighted to be living at Silvergate in Fallbrook.

We went with Silvergate Retirement Residence because of the basic overall ambiance of the facility and the availability of activities provided. The location also worked out well for our family. My loved one has a one bedroom apartment and it is sufficient for her needs. It has been a positive experience.

Everything in this community is a-la-cart and the residents have to pay for ever service that is needed and has to be added on. My loved one is really happy here and my loved one really likes the meals. They give you options and if you do not like the food they will make you a burger or something else. There are a lot of activities at this community and my loved one really likes this.

Our family had an in person tour and the community was very glitzy and glam and for our husband that was just not going to be a great git. There was also not much of an outside area.
