Thank you!

I could not ask for a better place for my mom to be. This year has been difficult (Understatement) at best. Mom has had challenges and we are blessed to know that everyone takes excellent care of her. We have not been able to be there as much as we would like. My Dad would say....give your Mom hugs. She needs lots of hugs. I can tell you that the hardest part of this is not being able to give Mom hugs. However, the staff (who could quite easily be family) have stepped in for us. When I see Mom light up when the caregivers show up my heart is happy. It's the hug I would like to give in the form of her caregivers. From the bottom of my heart....thank you. God bless you for keeping mom safe during these difficult days.

Rennaisance Review

I moved my Mother in at the height of covid. She had been tested and quarantined at her other residence and then Renaissance wanted her quarantined again. I was upset at first but realized that their intents were only good. I thought it would be a disaster, perhaps, but to the contrary. They helped her transition in so many ways in every possible sense of the word. This was not easy either. Mom has dementia. I am proud to say that she feels loved and exceedingly happy. I am so very thankful for their care and true kindness. It's real!

Taking good care when I could not.

My Father was in the Memory Care of Farmington Square at Beaverton. I came to visit at least one a week. I feel he was, well taken care of and safe. The staff is very friendly (to me and the residents) and the facility was kept clean and sanitary. There were lots of activities and consistent routines much of the time. I was not able to give my Father the level of care he needed and this facility gave him a wonderful place to live and met his needs with caring and capable people. I thank them very much!

Check out Arbors Memory Care for your loved one.

My step-mother has been a resident at the Arbors Memory Care for more than 2 years and we love the care she receives there. The staff show such compassion and love for their residents, as if they were caring for their own family member. They also provide constant support for the residents’ families as we go through this journey. I can't tell you how many times I have cried trying make sense of what is happening and they just know exactly what to say. Doesn't make things better, but makes me feel better. During this COVID-19 pandemic, they have been even more outstanding. They have taken every precaution they can to keep their community safe so that both staff and residents are protected. Families receive regular communication on what is happening, easing our minds that our loved ones are in great hands. Much love and thanks to the Arbors Memory Care staff! <3

Review of Farmington Square

My father was a resident of Farmington Square and recently passed at the age of 80 from Lewy body dementia. He moved to Farmington Square in the later stages of the disease and I must commend the staff for their treatment of him. He was always greeted with a smile and communication even though he was unable to respond. Acts of kindness humanizing never ceased and whenever I visited there would be staff checking on him of by the room within 15 minutes of my arrival. To all the staff at Farmington Square, Thank you! And a special thank you to the administration who kept in constant contact - [names removed].

VERY Happy at Bozeman Lodge

My mom and stepdad moved into Bozeman Lodge about 8 months ago from an assisted living facility in Florida. The facility in Florida was MUCH more expensive than here, but was not half as good as Bozeman Lodge. I am so happy they are here, and they are too! They have commented so many times how friendly and helpful in general all the staff is. They have already had 6-8 emergency staff calls in this time, and the response was almost immediate. They were so pleased. Also, they have called me every time to update what happened, what they did, what they felt was needed as followup. My parents are basically in independent living, without any extra care at this time. Yet I know they are being watched over. When I couldn't reach them one time, I called the general number and the staff person said, "oh, they are in the dining room right now. I saw them." So they were watching. My mom has early to mid-Alzheimer's and a few months after they were there, I was contacted by a staff member saying various staff had noticed "...." when my mother was alone, and had some (valid but not major) concerns about something. I was so impressed with the fact that they were alert to her and what she was doing. I felt everything they brought up was with dignity and respect. They don't (by choice, mainly because my mother is quite withdraw) participate in many of the activities so I can't comment on that. But I've actually seen some of the musicians they've had in, and they were great. Also, I've eaten with them many times, and I think the food is GREAT! I know that is subjective, tho, but my mother has said many, many times how much she likes the food, and she does eat it all up! And so do I! Regarding value, before they moved into Assisted Living in Florida, my sister and I visited almost 15 places looking for the best place possible and I had a set of about 25 questions that I asked every place. We chose what we felt was the best place, and it happened to be the most expensive place, too. The Lodge is about 60% of what we paid in Florida, but the care and the friendliness there was about 30% of what they are getting at the Lodge. Therefore, we feel the value is MUCH better for the Lodge. A lot less money for a lot more happiness for them. I see there are some negative comments, but I can only comment on my personal experience. Nurse [name removed] has been phenomenal with them. The staff knows their names and whenever I walk through (and my parents have said the same), staff smiles and the residents smile and are friendly as well. Also, in regard to cost, one of my 25 questions to the facilities in Florida involved price changes every year, and 100% of them said there is a small price rise every year, to expect that. They said that happens with every facility. So I wanted to say that I find this facility to be just what we hoped for and am very, very happy they are there. I feel like they are cared for and people sincerely care about them.

Review of The Renaissance At Coeur D’alene

I have been looking for an assisted living for my husband. He has Parkinson's. I was so surprised at how clean and beautiful The Renaissance was. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease. It is such a hard decision to leave home, but I know Renaissance is the right choice when I'm ready.

Review of Farmington Square

My mother has lived in Farmington Square for almost two years. The quality of care giving and the staff is outstanding. She has so many fun activities to do she is never bored - lots of outings (shopping, library, dancing at the Senior Center nearby.) She is a vegetarian and the kitchen staff accommodates her. She actually likes the food. The staff have made an effort to know her, so she has built meaningful relationships with them and other residents. I can relax knowing she is in good hands.
