The staff at Bozeman Lodge have been beyond spectacular in their service, knowledge and attentiveness to the process of moving, and their sincere kindness to all our family in making decisions about moving into new housing. Our experiences thus far in the journey of relocation have been excellent from [Name removed] wonderful care and coordination to the sincerity of all staff that have helped us. We feel supported and confident in our decision because of this. I can’t imagine another place better for my mom than Bozeman Lodge.

Excellent home! I feel like the best largest group of caring individuals, kind knowledgeable most caring kind caregivers in one place in all my life of working. Truly amazing!! Only problem is food frequently arrives cold. Food is very good long wait often between servings. As with all health services short of staff at times. Management is very responsive to concerns as anew resident concerns about food are already working on being corrected within one week of arrival.

Very good. I has no idea an old folks home could be so pleasant and well run.

We moved my mother into The Sequoia, almost a year ago. My mother says she loved living here. She is socializing more everyday and participates in some of the many scheduled activities. I have had and continue to have great communications with staff especially [name removed]

This was our first choice. While a large corporate entity, the smaller buildings each housing s few clients felt more homey while still providing the professional staff of larger facilities.

My husband [Removed]lives in the known house, it’s very nice, clean and nicely setup for all the residence. [Removed]gets excellent care from the staff, I see him daily, and the staff are very loving and caring. They always have his room clean and he is appropriately dressed. The meals are wonderful, always well balanced and nice portions with a dessert! They have activities daily. They have a beautiful courtyard that I still with [Removed]daily. Everyone seems very happy there and [Removed] is very happy there. He gets lots of attention from staff. I love this place they try to do whatever you want or need. Great people! I highly recommend this place. (My husband has dementia and had broken hip when he came here)

When looking for a facility for my Father, there were three main things that I was looking for and this community has them all. My dad has his own room and the staff allows him to have independence. He does have mobility problems and the facility provided him with a lift. I really like that the staff is working on getting him set up with physical therapy and occupation therapy. The facility also offers activities including bus tours, bingo, and exercise classes. The other thing I required that the facility has is that they accept Medicaid. I would recommend this facility to other families.

The reason I chose this facility over everyone else is that they are strictly a memory care facility. They have more room for residents to walk around without worrying about them getting out. The facility has a lot of activities including live entertainment, arts/crafts, clubs, and church services. Every time I visit my Wife, all of the staff members treat her very well and the caregivers are just fine. The food is also fine but it’s nothing fancy by any means. I can actually eat with her and they don’t charge me. If I decide to eat here every day, they would encourage a $5 donation. I would recommend this facility if you are looking for a memory care facility.

I like this facility it is very clean . The staff is nice and attentive to my mother. They engage everyone in there to join in on the daily activities. The food is OK for what it is. I would recommend this to my friends or family.

My husband is here currently and everything is going very smooth. He has dementia and right now he’s getting help with physical therapy and is improving slightly. The facility has a beautiful courtyard and my husband and I take strolls around there almost every day. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I LOVE them! They are very, very caring, and they look after my husband very well. I’m here every day for about 3 hours so I see everything that goes on and they just take great care of him. His room is always clean, they change him in a timely manner, they feed him, and they’re just a really loving staff. I appreciate them a lot and I know they work hard. The facility is SO clean, too! They empty the garbage cans even if there are only 2 things in them. I think they may even go overboard, they’re cleaning all the time. They’re really on top of everything. The housekeeping person will dust the rooms once a month and the facility doesn’t have any sort of smells, which is so nice. Every time I’m there, they offer me food, and even though the food looks very good, I just don’t usually take part. It’s always portioned out correctly, though, and they keep it very well balanced. Plus there’s always dessert! Despite the fact that they did not have a great review when I was initially looking, I took a chance and they’ve been really nice. Management has meetings with the residents every 90 days or so to make sure everyone is happy and to gather any feedback or constructive criticism about what they could be doing better. I’m just thankful that they were able to take him in and take care of them the way they have been. I really love this place. In fact, I like it so much, and everyone knows I do, that my own family is already referring people!

I live here currently and would recommend them to anybody. I’ve already sent brochures to friends of mine about living here. The location is amazing, the weather is so nice, and the service is great. The staff is very courteous, the food is good and they offer a lot of different options. They keep everything very clean and they offer activities like going on a wine tour.

The community is very efficient and the experience has gone well for my mom who is settling in. The move into the community went very, very well, especially for how much we were pressed for time. They moved in the furniture and we got her right in. They have activities for the residents and she is trying some every now and then. Since she can't fully hear well it may be a little hard for her. As for the meals, she has not complained about what she is eating.

The menu seemed to have a nice variety. We would suggest that families tour this community for care for a loved one.

My dad is settling in and he is very happy here. The staff has been great and they encourage him to take part the activities as well. Dad does enjoy going to the dining room and he likes visiting with the other residents during his meals he is even starting to make friends. This is a very nice community and I would definitely recommend them.

My mother was treated with love and respect by everyone at Farmington Square. I was so happy with the attentive care she received there. I was always called promptly to be informed of anything that needed my attention. Keeping her own laundry and possessions was a bit of a challenge, but that's a minor issue in the broader scheme of the care she received. They were adept at redirecting attention for the many Alzheimer's patients there, and gently persuading them to do what they asked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Farmington Square to anyone, especially the staff in the Diamond cottage where Mom was housed (the highest level of care). [Removed] was aptly named, as she was an absolute angel! Thank you Diamond staff for your kindness to my Mother and our family until my Mother's sad but peaceful death.
