My husband and I have lived at Pioneer Village in assisted living for almost 5 years. It was the best move we could have made. My hubby is in the 5th year of Alzheimer's and the care staff and med techs are so kind and caring. We feel safe here also.

They take exceptional care of my mom who is wheelchair bound. They have numerous activities to keep the residence entertained. Games, beauty days, shopping trips, rides into the county, movies, crafts and they encourage residents to share their ideas. Mom called me 4-5 times a day before she moved in their and I hear from her once a day.

I moved my loved one from another facility to Emerald Gardens. We couldn't be happier! The staff are extremely caring and treat us like we are part of a family. His clothes are always clean and neatly folded in his closet. His bed is always made. There are a lot of activities that my loved one is involved. I'm always invited to the activities and when I visit my loved one, he always has a story to tell me about what "he's done". My loved one is in memory care and he likes Emerald Gardens.

We have been at Sweetbriar for several years. We have seen many changes and it is the place I can rest assured my mom is now safe and well cared for. The staff is getting better and better. I have been told by hospital staff and DR's (when she needed to go a couple times) that wherever she is staying is giving very good care.

They were wonderful!! Especially as my aunt was ill and passed away. My uncle still lives here and the staff has treated him so good and supported him after his loss (married 70+ years). I (and my family) are so grateful for Sweetbriar and staff

My wife's great uncle and aunt both lived in this facility. Awesome care for both. Appreciate the care and hard work they do.

A great weight has been removed from my shoulders, and I sleep without worry. I am so happy that my mom in her aging brain and body can be comfortable, well fed, safe and stimulated by varied activities. One thing I notice is that all the residents are friendly. I think (in my mind) that that means they are not "stressing". That's a big deal to me.

Both of my parents live here. The staff love all the residents even when things are challenging. They truly care for this aging population.

My dad has lived in Pioneer Village for 5 1/2 years and it's been an awesome and caring community. He began on independent living a few years ago as his needs warranted. It's a comfort for me to know he's so well cared for and safe. The staff is truly wonderful and caring. Gives me peace of mind!

After a bad experience for my husband at another care center I think there are important factors at a care center - there must be enough care givers and they must be dedicated caring people - Quantity and quality! Farmington Square qualifies in both areas.

I cannot say enough positive things about this facility and how they have cared for my parents. The staff, the facility and the food are all great!

I love the staff. They pay attention to my mothers needs. She is very content here and doesn't have any issues. I also like the activities to keep her stimulated and active.

My mother moved from MI to Emerald Gardens 6 months ago. They had everything ready for her the day she moved in. The staff made her feel welcome and continue to care for her like she is family. They communicate with me to keep me informed so we work as a team to keep mom comfortable. She really enjoys the weekly scenic bus trips they take and I really like all the special events they have that includes family. It's a wonderful place. My only suggestion would be to make some improvements to their food menu.
