I have not seen any activities in the memory care unit where my dad is living. He seems to like the food . They keep this community clean and I would recommend it. The staff seem to like him very much and we have good interaction with them.

The nurses at Wishing Well are good. My sister receives personal attention and they always make sure she has what she needs. They make sure she is involved in community activities and she has almost completed her physical therapy. There is great communication regarding her care. She likes the food and she even got to enjoy root beer floats with some of the other residents. This is a smaller community that I would recommend.

The community itself seems clean however we feel they could do a better job of cleaning my Mother in law's room. She says the food tastes like hospital food. She does participate in some of the activities offered. The staff are good with her. I would recommend this community.

The lady that took us on a tour of the community was very nice and knowledgable. This is a clean community and they are redoing it. We would have chosen this community but I did not want to move my wifes stuff in. The community we chose already had things there for her.

I toured community with my mother and loved the place the moment I walked in. It was not so much the appearance but seeing the residents interact with each other and the staff. Activities were going on, ladies socializing in the lobby, a place I would like to see my mother. Not only can she be independent but staff available to assist her and build friendships with other residents. Unfortunately, my mother passed before we were able to admit her to Chestnut Ridge but I will certainly recommend them to family and friends. I wish we made the move sooner

Everything is going very well got my friend here. She has adjusted very well. They are taking very good care of her. She has many activities to choose from. The food is nice and she seems happy here. This would be a community I would recommend.

Mom has been at Langdon Place for two months now. The staff has helped her settle in. We appreciate that they come by to personally invite her to join in the many activities. They also gave consideration to whom she would enjoy eating with, and planned the dining room seating accordingly. Mom really enjoys Nancy, the Marketing coordinator. Mom will drop in to chat with her during the day about concerns, and Nancy is always welcoming and helpful. The nurses and other staff are also very warm and considerate. So far, all is going very well.

I really can't give any feedback on the care services or the activities. She has not complained about them. She has participated in the activities. The place is in real good shape and she's happy there.

My Dad has only been at Lehigh Commons for 3 weeks. So far he is reasonably happy.

It's going okay so far. We haven't really had any complaints at all. Even the food is pretty good. I think they deserve a four.

Lehigh Commons and Lehigh Center is a very nice facility overall. The service and everything is good. I would say that there is a little bit of a complaint about certain CNA'S, one or two in particular that don't seem to know what they are doing that take care of him. But overall the people are very nice. I am pleased with it. All of my dealings with the administrator and nurses have been good. They have plenty to do here although my dad does not participate. My mom will be joining my dad soon and I know she will enjoy the activities that are offered there. It is a beautiful facility and it is very quiet. It is an ideal location for most elderly people. My dad is just very picky.

much easier commute. place was very nice, staff pleasant. I will visit again before deciding. they have a memory care unit that is opening in December. only $[price removed] to hold a room. this will probably be our choice.

The place was very nice and excellent. Everyone there were nice and very helpful to each other. Location! That's what got us there. No reason to look anywhere else.

They do a good job here, overall. All of the staff are very friendly and professional, and very attentive to the needs of the residents. The care staff are always available to assist, and even the maintenance staff are right on top of things. They always come right out to help with any maintenance requests, and are even happy to come out to help the residents figure out their TV remotes, etc.

Their communication during intake could be better. Knowing what to expect when coming, we could not move on a Saturday, and had I known that we would have made other arrangements. We ended up having to do everything on a Weekday, and pay for an extra day that we weren't there. We pay out of pocket so that is frustrating. I haven't really had any complaints. They keep it very clean and they are quick to respond to needs or concerns.

My Mom and Dad have been here since Feb 2013. Dad has gotten worse...they say he is confrontational and aggressive. I must now hire a person to sit with Dad from 10AM to 9PM every day. The facility does not have the staff(in number or properly trained) to handle Dad. I may have to move my Dad.

My loved one stayed at this facility at a time, and the care they provided was excellent. However he was not quite ready for full time nursing care, and still wanted a level of independence. We decided to move him to a more active facility.

Our families experience was generally very positive. There were a few rough spots on the day of admission, mainly due to some lack of communication among the staff. So the first few hours, some things that were supposed to happen didn't until we followed up. He was in a temporary room for a couple days, and we expected that the staff would move him across the hall to his permanent room, only to find they were waiting for us to do it. Again, probably a communication problem. My Dad was there for respite care after breaking his shoulder in a fall, after which, he could not even get out of a chair, go to the bathroom, etc. He was well cared for and the staff were responsive when he needed assistance. Having both physical and occupational therapy onsite, was very productive, and he continues to do his PT at home every day. This helped his recovery and general ability to get around by himself. He was well fed, and enjoyed the meals, despite complaining that all they ever do is eat. He gained back weight he'd lost; now the challenge is keeping it on at home. It was good that they came to get him in his room and take him to the dining hall, vs. bringing food to his room. My Dad did not participate much in activities, so I can't comment on that. It was his choice and no reflection on the facility. There was one incident with weekend staff who did not treat my father well. This was isolated, and I don't know if it was reported or not. Overall, we have very little to complain about and if he becomes unable to live by himself, we would certainly consider a longer term stay.

Nice place, has a pool, good size facility. Up-front costs.
