I really felt like the staff at Chancellor Gardens was very hospitable and everyone at the facility was very accommodating to our all of our needs and looking at the individual and assessing their care.

They worked really well in getting my mother situated there and have done a great job coordinating her appointments and care. They keep her busy with various activities (and they have very good ones for dementia patients) which is very good. It is a very nice facility and I am happy to have her in there. The biggest goal here was to keep her safe, as healthy as possible, and as happy as possible, and they have done a great job in all these areas. I am very pleased with them.

The people at Cottonwood Creek have been the most helpful and encouraging staff. They are all truly, truly wonderful people and they all want what is best for my mom. The staff members all very genuine.

I think they do a great job. We had a little misunderstanding about the clothing, but it was our misunderstanding and not theirs, so we got that squared away.

It's been going very well and they are enjoying living there.

I looked at most of the places available in Loveland and the Hillcrest is by far the best. My parents have been in the Independent Living side of the facility for about four months and I could not be more pleased. I feel like I have checked them into the Ritz Carlton, the staff is impeccable, the facilities are lovely, very well maintained and they are extremely happy with their dining, the food choices and the quality of the meals presented. Everyone from the director to the servers and the cleaning staff treat Mom and Dad as if they were well cared for family members. The other residents are friendly and gracious and it is an absolutely ideal environment. I cannot recommend The Hillcrest enough. Thank you to Jeanne and all the wonderful staff for taking such good care of Mom and Dad.

The Northgate Plaza is a nice place. Everyone is extremely friendly, the residents and the staff. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The facility has a nice and clean atmosphere. The value is excellent for the services that you receive here. They offer activities. It has been a positive experience. This is an excellent community. We haven't had any issues or anything negative happen. It has been great.

So far it's wonderful. He is really loving it. It's immaculate, and the food is wonderful. The people are friendly. It's a very nice place. I also liked the location. It's more convenient to get to the doctors.

Beautiful facility, and very clean. I was pleased to see how friendly and helpful the staff is with the clients. They have quality planned activities that encourage socialization and they work to preserve the dignity of all who are there. There is a waiting list for admission for a good reason.

My mum and I first visited Tuscany at McCormick Ranch 8 years ago when we were in the early stages of looking for a suitable residence for her ... it always stayed uppermost in our minds as the perfect place for her to call home. When she finally decided she was ready to make the move to independent retirement living last year (with all of the great perks), the first place we went to was Tuscany! She went on the waiting list in order to get just the right apartment and it was worth the year's wait. She is thrilled -- as am I. Not only does she love her apartment, but she and I got to know the community in the time we had been waiting, as we made many trips there to attend events and just visit to see what was going on during that time. The staff are always incredibly friendly, genuinely interested and amazingly helpful! Cathy Leonard has been an absolute angel ... we love her and cannot say enough wonderful things about her!! She is the best representative for any retirement community we have ever visited (and we visited many over the years). After seeing over a dozen places for Mum, Tuscany is by far the tops. Now that she has been living there for a month, she has been treated so well, I feel very relieved that she is in great hands and has many of her needs attended to so I can rest easy knowing she is safe and happy. She has made nice friends and there are always fun and interesting activities. We cannot recommend Tuscany at McCormick Ranch high enough. You will not be disappointed. From the moment you walk in and are warmly welcomed, to the fine dining experience, the rich decorations, beautiful grounds, cozy small family feel, and all else, there is everything to love!

It's a great place that's perfect for mom. She loves it. The value is excellent and everyone is very nice. The Firs is an excellent place. I would recommend it.

My mom lives in Connections on the first floor, dedicated to memory care patients. She is very happy and the director Ericka Koester and her staff are caring and take over and above care for all the patients. I am so grateful to all of the caregivers that give my mom an extra hug or laugh with her. The food is very good, the facility is very clean with plenty of areas to enjoy and programs and activities. I would highly recommend Huntington Terrace Connections knowing your family member will be treated with excellent and loving care.

Overall, I'd give the facility five stars. Great clean place and the staff is professional, helpful and friendly. Very caring. We'd give it all five start for excellence.

Moved my mom in at the end of January. She was terrified. Her apartment is a one bedroom corner until, amazing light!! She is now so happy. The facility itself is beautiful. They change decorations every month. The dining room even changes place setting to match monthly holiday themes. The staff is the best! From Johnny who runs the kitchen. He works very hard to provide nice meals Anove that he (and his wife) clearly love the residents. They hold a monthly brunch for the residents and all of Johnny's family come to help. Then all the wonderful servers, they are young but are so friendly and kind. Props to Landon, he keeps my mom's ice tea full!! Then the RN, CNA's and Med-Tech's, they each have their different personalities but they all are thoughtful, friendly and willing to do things that are above & beyond. Then there is Rodney, the Director. He is very approachable, ready to partnership with any issues or concerns. After one of my mother table mates (a gentleman) passed away, Rodney himself took his evening to take my mother and other other friends to his funeral. Chancellor Garden isn't perfect but it's the closest you'll find??

They are very tidy and accommodating. My mother seems to be going good their. The staff are really considerate and nice. Always come to me if their a problem which is great. Then I can know whats going on and help out if possible.

When I first met with them, they took the time to sit down and talk with us, ask us questions, and really get to know my mom and her needs before we even started touring. None of the other places we investigated did that. Because they did that they were able to make specific recommendations to really help us out. They were great and it has been a very positive experience. Highly recommend We can't really own anything, we are always renting from the government!

This is a very nice facility with friendly staff.

I was apprehensive about placing my mom into a care facility until I started touring some of the locations. I love Oakdale of La Mesa. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is cosy and clean. The food is great. My Mom is doing better at oakdale than she was living with us. I think she likes the Independence that it gives her, and the staff is available if she needs assistance. I am 5 minutes away and can drop by to see her anytime. Oakdale of La Mesa was the perfect answer for my mom and I.
