My review of The Montera
The staff members are brilliant, very responsive and friendly, however there has been a lot of turnovers on every level. Our loved one feel the community is very clean, well kept and taken care of. The food is being delivered to their rooms now since the dining room is closed so sometimes the food is cold, and there pretty much have been no activities since they moved in. They did just have their 60th wedding anniversary so the staff went out of their way to get balloons, wine and flowers.

To me, the food always smelled delicious. They have always been very responsive to calls and messages left. Their pharmacy techs here were also awesome, they were helpful. I would recommend the community.

Friendly staff members that give quality care
Prior to COVID the activities were good, however now they are pretty much nonexistent. The rooms at this community are fine, and from what we have experience we think they serve good quality meals with a variety.

The staff is very caring, they have worked hard to help my husband. They have been very accommodating to me because of my husband's behavior with dementia. The food is standard cafeteria food, and have a good variety. I would recommend this community to others

Would not recommend due to my family experience
The rooms and overall layout of the community are alright. The food is okay, there is not much of a variety to choose from. We would not recommend this community, one being it is to expensive, and second our loved one fell, fractured her hip and they did not notice for a few days.
