This community offers a large variety of activities including different board games, bingo , and off campus field trips. The staff have made my loved ones living arrangements very convenient. They put her in a room right next to the lobby and dinning hall since she cannot walk to well. I am very pleased with this facility and would recommend it to anyone.

Dad moved into Symphony Manor six months ago and I could not be happier. Thank you to all the staff who help my father and who make this a great community.

Mom is doing really well at this community. They offer a variety of games, a cocktail night, movies and a bingo night. They also have weekly trips. The food is good and the community is kept clean. The staff and the physical therapist are great. I have already recommended this community.

The is a great community for my mom. The food is excellent and she enjoys everything. The staff is excellent and always offers assistance to make sure that everything is good for her. She likes the activities to help keep her active. I highly recommend this community for loving care.

My dad really wants to return to h is own home. The community is not bad, they are giving good care and providing a safe place. The food is excellent and the facility is clean and well maintained. The staff have been accommodating and helpful at trying to make my dad happy. It is a good place but don't like hearing dad unhappy.

The staff that conducted our tour of The Woodlands was nice. They are in the middle of remodeling but the community was clean. They offered various activities for the residents.

Newer great looking facility. Staff seemed professional and the facility is incredibly well maintained. They only offer a full service price but it seems to be inline with other facilities for the same level of service. The offer an independant living as well as an assisted living package / pricing so the ability to have continuity of care is attractive.

They are just starting a huge remodel project which is going to be great for the people who live there. The care is amazing, this is a very small place which gives them the ability to offer very individualized care. You can go from almost independent to hospice care. The food is great and there ARE options if you don't like the daily feature. The kitchen is very flexible. Management is helpful and go out of their way to make sure we are happy.

I think they do a great job at Symphony Manor, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff is friendly, caring, and very attentive to the needs of each resident. The facility is clean and well kept, and our experience with them was a very positive one overall.

From the first meeting with the Executive Director, Jeff [removed] ( on a Sat) we knew that this place was the one. We entered my cousin in memory care 4 days later and her husband is entering Asst'd Living on Mar 1st. Harbor Court is under a magnificent renovation and should be done in the Spring.

My loved ones really seem to be enjoying themselves at The Waterford! The people here are very friendly, and they have all sorts of activities and events for the residents. Apparently they had a very nice New Years celebration!

The Waterford is beautifully decorated and the grounds are nice also. The staff here is so caring and attentive and they give so much love and care to the residents. The other residents here are so warm and we just love them!

My husband toured The Woodlands of Middletown, and he liked it, even though there was renovations going on at the time its very clean and friendly. We did not ultimately go with this facility due to other circumstances but it was nice.

The Woodlands of Middletown was overall a good experience. The facility is really clean. The staff are very friendly. I know they offered a lot of activities but the patient did not participate in them. I cant find anything specific to complain about here.

I was at a loss on where to place mom. It was very stressful for both of us. The nurses are patient and compassionate and the aides go out of their way to help with what they can. There are a lot of activities and outings available. We liked the way the apartments were set up and the closet space is amazing. There is 24 hour nursing staff, that is nurses and aides. Some places did not offer that. You see the administrative staff out and about everyday and they know the residents by name.

My mom has never been happier. She was at [a different facility] and she was very unhappy. They didn't have enough staff and the food was always cold. She could never find anyone if she needed anything. The Waterford is exceptional there is plenty of staff and people available for her every need. It is so friendly and the food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and the views of the trees and the grounds are beautiful. I would recommend the Waterford to everyone. It was a God send to find this place. I just wished we had found it sooner.

Overall we have been very pleased with Symphony Manor of Feasterville. It is a very nice clean facility with helpful staff. The only area I can think of where they might could improve would be to proactively involve the residents in the activities a bit more.

We are very happy with Symphony Manor of Feasterville! When my aunt got there, she was in poor condition. She was not able to walk, on lots of drugs, etc. They have done a tremendous job turning things around with her. Her condition has improved dramatically, she is walking, and off the meds. We have been very pleased.

The Waterford has been wonderful to work with. The only reason I gave them a "good" for the value is because I wish they had a 1 meal plan option. We pay for 2 but my dad has a snack and coffee in his room in the AM, then heads to the dinning room for dinner.
