One of the best expereinces I have had in my Father's care. I walked into this amazing community and was immediately greated with a smile! From there it has been a pleasure working with the staff I do not want to miss anyone's name., Thank you Symphony Manor Feasterville and my father is greatful to be in your hands.

They are very good. They have been very helpful. They are very good with my mom. There were a few glitches in the beginning, but they were right on top of everything. It hasn't been very long that we have been there yet, but so far it's working out.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place! The staff were all very friendly, and the facility itself was well kept and clean. Unfortunately it was above our budget, and not an option we could consider.

I looked at four different care facilities in the area, and Hearthstone Communities was the only one that had all the levels of care that one would expect. They were also the most reasonably priced, and in the end they were the best fit for the type of care I was looking for for my mother.

I chose Hearthstone for my mother's Assisted Living Residence because it was the only one in the area that offered all levels of care. She has now been a resident for 6 weeks. Thanks to the Staff her transition to Assisted Living has been as smooth as possible. The staff are helpful and caring and adapted quickly to her needs. The food service is excellent with several choices available for the three daily meals. Hearthstone’s fees are reasonable for the levels of assistance offered and in fact were the lowest of the four residences I visited. I highly recommend Hearthstone for your loved one who has reached a point in their life where living alone without assistance is no longer possible

Room sizes were satisfactory, only exposed to Bingo and Movies, two-story and there was an elevator, difficult top maneuver

The staff here have been incredibly patient and caring, it's been somewhat of an ordeal dealing with my loved one. But they have been dedicated and persistent in reaching out to us. The facility itself is extremely clean, and looks very very nice. The staff are all incredibly friendly, and they are all long-term employees who work well together and seem to really enjoy their jobs.

All of the nice places are expensive, and this is a nice place, so it's up there. However, there is 24 hour care, so the value is good. My loved one's room is always clean, and their clothes are always clean. My loved one is eating well, and sleeping well, so we really can't see any negetive aspects. Our loved one is in good hands here, and is enjoying the other residents' company.

This was my first experience with an assisted living facility and I was very impressed. Everyone at the Harbor Court went over and above expectations to make us feel welcome and invited.

Harbor Court is a wonderful assisted living facility. My mother resided in the alzheimer care unit (Annie's Place). Every employee was caring and compassionate and treated my mother so well. The facility was always clean. My mother was always neatly groomed and dressed and they treated her as if she was part of their family.

We really liked the facility, especially the Alzheimer's unit. We liked the Dutch doors and the activities designed for the seniors. We could see my mom enjoying these things. The staff was friendly and the Director was very welcoming. We may very well pursue this placement.

Loved this place,brand new opened in February, only had 6 residents. Took her for lunch with staff so she could see how nice it was and its nothing like the Rehab places dad's been in. She said it was a nice place but is not receptive at all to moving at this time.

We all loved it! It seems perfect for Mom. Mom however doesn't like the location. She is a Montco kind of lady! I still think it is the best option so we are not giving up on it.

Loved it!! Gorgeous facility. Very friendly staff. Met with the head nurse at the appt. which was very helpful in assessing needs. Also liked it is one price...not a la carte.

My wife is doing very well here and I am very satisfied with the care and assistance that she receives here. The staff have been wonderful, they are friendly and attentive. I feel that my wife is comfortable in her room and that she is safe.

Professional, kind and caring staff. The Independent and assisted living areas are very clean. The residence's love the food. The whole experience has been very pleasant working with the people of Harbor Court. What started out as very stressful situation became very assuring to our family above and beyond. Great people.

My wife has been at this community for about a month and so far things are going fine. The staff are friendly, nice and helpful. She likes the food and they offer a good variety. The community is clean. She does also enjoy participating in many of the activities.

This was a very difficult decision but I have been extremely happy with Symphony. The staff is excellent. My Father is clean, shaved and dressed appropriately. Somehow I could not manage this for him at home and it broke my heart. I must admit the biggest surprise has been how much he is enjoying himself. After 6 months, my sister and brother and I really feel we made the best choice.

Overall we're very pleased with how things have turned out at The Waterford! It's a friendly, welcoming community, and they have a lot to provide for the residents. There are all sorts of activities, and the food is excellent! The staff is friendly and professional, and they do a good job looking out for the residents. However, I do think they feel a bit understaffed, response times to the call buttons can be a little slow, especially on weekends. They're also fairly expensive, however the price includes a lot of services that you'd be charged extra for elsewhere.
