The staff overall here is great. They are very attentive and caring .

Overall our experience with The Woodlands of Middletown has been a good one! The facility itself isn't quite as new and fancy looking as some others we have seen in the area, but the care and services they provide here are incredible! Everyone on the staff is friendly and professional, and they have so much to offer the people that live here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area!

The management was extremely accommodating and patient as we went through the decision process about where to place our dad. Once the decision was made, they were very thorough with follow-up information and help. They made a difficult decision as easy as possible and made us feel not only comfortable but convinced that we had made the right choice.

We chose Waterford because we really liked the atmosphere and the layout of the community. It is really nice, clean and very bright. They offer a good variety of activities and they try to get independent and assisted to participate in activities together to encourage socialization. We are very happy with Waterford and would recommend it to anyone.

I love the fact that they have church & bible study. The people are very friendly. They have a lot of different activities to offer. The janitors are great. My experience with the house keepers , they could do better with the cleaning.

The aids and nursing staff I've interacted with are friendly and patient. The dining room servers are patient with my friend. My friend likes the afternoon activities. And the morning exercise. They keep the common areas nice and there is regular carpet cleaning in those areas. The landscaping outside is always nice looking. I think it's basically all canned food. Not sure about the meats. Both my friends there say the food is not great. For an alternative to what ever they have for dinner one night is hot dogs or baloney sandwiches. Not what I would call quality food for the elderly. I was there for a Christmas dinner last year but I'm sorry I can't remember what they fixed... They don't have a menu to choose from. But they do publish the meals by the week for all three meals I believe. At least for lunch and dinner.

It's not the best nor the friendliest staff. You get what you pay for. It's cheap and all what I can afford. I'm there 3 days a week minimum. Their housekeepers are lousy. Staff are inpatient and in a hurry. Food is cheap half the time. With all that is said , I am grateful for the place believe it or not. My husband makes the best if it. He's grateful too.

The staff at Winfield at Richmond Heights is extremely friendly. As far as the food goes - they need Better quality; more fresh fruits and vetables; more variety

Symphony Manor of Feasterville is overall a beautiful community of caring people. No matter where you are, families must make their presence known and keep in contact with care givers to make their loved ones' needs known.

They have worked closely with our family to make sure my mom received the best care possible. Professional staff is excellent, they also use a good therapy service, Caretenders. I wish the caregivers had better training in dealing with people with dementia. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families.

Mom is in the Memory Care section now. The staff is very nice but the furniture is not good and there are no plans to replace I do feel she is safe there and no worries about mistreatment

I would ask the nurse how they handle over the counter medicine. Ask if you can talk to the doctor BEFORE your family member goes in to see how medicine is handled or other health issues. Get the pharmacy straightened out. Observe the home health aids and the other residents to see how they interact. Mark all clothing, sheets and blankets with the full name. These were things we wish we knew about beforehand. Check the room periodically to see if it's clean and bed made. They have family dinners every once in awhile and it's a nice way to see other residents' family. The food was good too! I would recommend this facility. I've only met one person who was not helpful at all, the majority are friendly, caring and hard workers.

If price is an issue this facility is the least expensive I found. It's my first experience so I have nothing to compare it to. My mother's health seems good I have hospice visiting her so that helps.

They take very good care of my wife and if there are problems they will take care of it. Wounded full people to work with. and very caring. With all the places to choose from this one was the best over all.

I am currently a resident at The Winfield at Richmond Heights and overall things have been very good for me at this facility. The food is satisfactory. The staff is wonderful. The facility offers great activities. My only issue has been the wifi, I have had problems with it. Overall, I would recommend The Winfield at Richmond Heights to others.

It's been pretty good..a few hiccups..but my mother is happy. I would recommend to others. We picked this community because it was smaller, and has an intimate feel to it.

My loved one loves the food. We picked this community, becasue it was close to my home. It's a warm community, and the staff is very interactive. They have been quite oustanding. They exceeded my expectations.. I recommend to other families.

The regular staff ( not agency) care about the residents. We are here because it's affordable and they don't require the vaccination nor weekly or monthly testing. Many places are understaffed and overworked. These people are doing the best they can. It's part of our world today.
