All of these were a 5. Home instead was easy to work with and sent great staff. They were impressive. They had a list of potential services, we could pick and choose what was necessary. For example- oral care. They provided a daily sheet of what was done. My mother was a difficult patient. She resented needing help. They were wonderful with her.

Home Instead filled a need for me when I needed help caring for my sister. I take care of her 24/7 as she has dementia. Overall I liked their services and would recommend them to others.

Our caretakers really took the time to get to know [name removed]. He was very worried about having strangers in the home when we couldn't be there, and we were nervous about that too. We couldn't have been more pleased with the kindness of everyone. He began to look forward to seeing them :) they were also amazing at keeping us all up to date everyday so we knew all about his day or night when we couldn't be there. It was a relief to be able to have that support when [name removed] and I needed a break or had to be at work.

I reached out to Amada to discuss services for my dad- and they were wonderful! Ama, the office manager, was very helpful and enthusiastic about answering all of my questions. [name removed]met with me face to face which was refreshing because he is the owner and knew all the ins and outs of what I needed! He even discussed LTC insurance claims and since my dad is a Veteran, he helped with the Aid and Attendance benefit to help with costs. I highly recommend Amada Senior Care.

It made my Dad stay in Hospice so much easier. He was less agitated because he was home where he wanted to be and the services were very helpful to my Mother as well.

What we like most about their services is the Communication, Qualitied care givers and Compassion. Our family member was on hospice and actually passed away while one of the staff was with her. It was very difficult for that person. Interim HealthCare sent us a sympathy card. The memory care facility did not.

I referred Home Instead to my sister in Washington. She is suffering from serious depression and needed ADL support and personal engagement. She had 3 different helpers over several months and thought they were all fantastic. They helped her with basic needs and companion and assisted in her transition to a senor living community. They kept in touch with me as well,as I am out of state. I would highly recommend them for any needs they seem quite flexible.

What I appreciated most was being able to have a responsible, kind person to sit with my mom while I ran my everyday errands and know all was well.

5 across the board. Very accessible, quick to get care arranged, staff was there when Dad was discharged (early) when my brother was working and couldn't be (CDL driver, can't just leave his truck), very attentive to Dad's needs and understood his grouchyness

You came late on a Friday afternoon and [name removed] died the next Friday afternoon. By Tuesday night he no longer moved or opened his eyes so there was not much to do. I was pleased with all of the people you sent to me and yes, I would recommend you if someone asked me.

What we like the most about Senior Helpers is their flexible on scheduling times. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

We have had a positive experience using Steadfast. The office administrator and staff is friendly, responsive and accommodating. Caregiver [name removed]is a respectful, dedicated, and patient companion. She is both reliable and trustworthy. [name removed] upbeat personality, kindness and compassion made my mom fell comfortable and safe and made our entire family grateful for her service. We highly recommend this professional service and amazing caregiver.

It is all good and yes, based on the experience we would recommend Senior Helping Seniors of East Valley to other families.

I appreciated the holistic approach to care, considering not just physical health but also emotional and social wellness.The help provided allowed my dad to maintain his independence while receiving the support he needed. It was just perfect!

Very friendly. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Office staff generally available unless there was a family emergency.

We needed more around-the-clock care for my grandmother, and we reached out to 2nd Family. [name removed] and [name removed] patiently answered our questions and made the process flow effortlessly. [name removed], our RN to manager, was patient with my grandmother and asked her specific questions to understand her needs. As her health worsened, she became anxious and hunched over, causing her pain. [name removed] noticed this during our initial assessment and suggested that my grandmother sit up straight, stretching her neck counting to 3 during commercial breaks, 2-3 times. My grandmother found this helpful and did it on multiple occasions. [name removed] also taught her a saying, “look down, go down - look up, stay up” to prevent falling. The caregivers were helpful each shift. [name removed] suggested ways to utilize them daily. The app was useful. I could see which caregiver was coming to my grandmother’s house. I’ve referred 2nd Family to many family, friends, and coworkers who may need help with their loved ones!

We are so pleased with our home care person and with the warmth and professionalism of this agency. We needed help for both of us, First we needed assistance when I found taking care of my husband after surgery too much for me as a slightly disabled person with MS. Then we continue with focus on my need for assistance as an elder with MS.

The care from The Perfect You homecare and recoovery is one of a kind they treat me like famliy and they are very accommodating. I have received the best care from [name removed] my caregiver and the owner is very knowledgeable.
