Hello, this is [name removed]partner of [name removed] letting U know that we are very appreciative of his care with Second Family. I know sometimes that it is hard to set up schedules with caregivers but that what we want is a permanent one and we have chosen[name removed] Hung before but she was always assigned to somebody. She was an overall asset to the company and very very conscientious of doing things without even asking for. But unfortunately, she quit the job and we were devastated. But we all has to fine a better job right. Anyway, the rest of the caregivers were ok giving care. We really appreciate Second Family for the help. God Bless us all and have a great day. Alex and his team were extremely helpful in providing my family with the assistance we required. They were sympathetic to our situation and worked very hard to meet our needs. The aides we were fortunate to get to know were [name removed] and [name removed] who were both excellent.

All 5's but extremely expensive!! I liked the people who helped my mom and dad.

The employees are very kinda and hard working I would also like to include the newest employee that they have brought on her name is [name removed] she was very help to the people that she is working with always going above and beyond.

The individuals that looked in on my parents were very caring and established a great relationship with my parents. The facility were helpful in finding replacements when there was a call off.

We approached Seniors Helping Seniors (SHS) for help with our mom. They have been great with pairing my mom with people who share similar interests and experiences that she can relate to. SHS has been patient and provided referrals to further address mom's needs.

My mom was very resistant to having somebody provide assistance, but we were able to convince her to try it. It only took one visit to change her mind. She found the caregiver to be very helpful and enjoyed their company. I really don't have any complaints about the experience.

Cornerstone Caregiving was very helpful when we needed help with my dad! They truly cared for my dad!!I would highly recommend!

Care Advantage did a very good job communicating and letting me know if the specific caregiver they sent could not come. Also offering to send someone in their place. I would totally recommend them to others. They actually seemed to care and were very flexible regarding my situation.

First Light has been wonderful. The Administrative staff is so helpful, always. When there was an issue with a caregiver, they fixed it immediately. [name removed], who worked with my dad the most, was diligent in his help, did what we needed done, and was friendly. Dad couldn't have lived on his own, as long as he did, without their help.

All categories score a 5 Honestly. They are amazing! The young ladies who care for Steve and me are , for the most part all of them are sweet , obliging,energetic and thoughtful. They are neat and keep our home looking sparkling clean. They are highly motivated and there is nothing we could ask them to do that they wouldn't do with graciousness. I highly recommend them and the agency.
