Staffing personnel was just what I needed for the in home care from the last visit last year.

Try them for a couple of weeks to find out how helpful they are. The service gives me great relief! Yes, we would recommend their services to other families.

They did a great job of understanding our needs & selected an individual that was perfect. Our caregiver was always on time and went above and beyond her required duties. She bonded with us very quickly and made sure that my wife's needs came first.

[name removed] has been a care giver for me over the past couple of years. While my wife is the primary caregiver, she has provided major support to us when in our home. She is very knowledgeable about both my heart issues and nerve/muscle problems. Her nursing background and her care giver experience bring us confidence when she is in our home. Her pleasant nature is always welcome when she is here.

They have been taking care of my wife for a year now after she had a stroke. Their staff and owner are outstandingly helpful with all aspects of care that she needs. And knowledgeable of her daily needs, I am so thankful that I can entrust my wife's needs to them and feel confident that everything will be done for her . She is my love and life, so these things and decisions that are made are most important. Care Connect has met all my needs and more with the expertise and dedication of their staff and members. And caring for my mother is a challenging task, even for the most highly trained caregivers. But, [name removed] took the time to determine her needs and was always prepared to find an adequate match with respect to 24 hour live-in caregivers. For the one year when Care Connect was involved, I never heard the word "no" from [name removed], or from any of her aides. [name removed] is an outstanding professional; Care Connect is an outstanding agency.

Whatever your care needs, you have found the right agency! My experience with the staff at Care Connect has been all positive as they have cared for my special needs Aunt for over 4 years now. The caregivers are kind, compassionate and caring, as well as respectful and responsive to any needs that arise or questions I may have. They go out of their way to make her feel special when she is reliant and not able to care for herself which is very important. They have become her family which means so much to us all. The company provides flexible hours for its patients at a reasonable cost per hour. The caregivers are always prompt and attentive and willing to assist the patient in whatever capacity within the constraints of company policy.

I think my dad only used them 3 times before he ended up going into an assisted living facility though. Yes, I would recommend their services to other families based on the experience so far.

I was helped in looking for places for my wife with Alzheimer's, but I'm still at this point taking care of her. But, when it gets to be to much for me, I have a much better head start on nice places for her.

What I appreciate most is how the agency tailors care to my mom’s specific dementia needs. Her caregiver knows how to keep her calm and engaged. I’ve seen her smile more in the last month than I had in the past year. The whole team is outstanding.

I like that the agency is very responsive, and the majority of caregivers are very good and nice. The agency made our experience positive by being reliable. My caregivers did well at showering the client. The office staff has been helpful by being available whenever I call. Our caregivers were matched to our needs by being cheerful and good with the elderly. I would have appreciated it if a couple of caregivers had been more proactive with the cleaning.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. They were quick to help with our emergency situation and found help for us within hours. The two people (I wish I could remember their names) who first came to introduce the company and their services were a great resource for people like us who had no clue where to get help for my mom. They were also incredibly kind and supportive and stayed with us while we were in the midst of a medical emergency with her. Their knowledge of the process ahead helped us tremendously. The home helpers were good but understandably some were better than others. It's usually just a matter of a good patient and helper fit.

I have been using morning star care service located at Hanover park for at least four months. [name removed] did an excellent job in helping my wife and me to visit her Doctors and he is always on time. I recommend this agency and recommend [name removed] for doing excellent work.
