Every person we’ve worked with at this agency has been top-notch. The caregivers are trained, respectful, and most importantly, kind. They understand how to support someone with dementia and keep us in the loop with every visit. We trust them completely.

Without going into details [name removed] was incredibly patient with difficult circumstances. She was very professional but also went beyond the norm to help keep workers in place and deal with some challenges unique to our situation.

Right at Home was wonderful they were so caring, wonderful, thoughtful and generous - the case provider who came to our home I unfortunately I can't remember her name - was so wonderful and so accommodating, especially in such a painful time of what we needed with my dad being sick. everybody was wonderful. We have not only recommended Right at Home to people, we would be interested in using Right at Home again in the future if ever needed.

As someone who still lives independently, I was hesitant about having someone come into my home. But my caregiver is kind, respectful, and truly makes my day brighter. We share laughs, play cards, and she helps keep me on track with my medication. Her companionship has meant everything to me.

I have only had one caregiver, and she has been great. She works together well. The service from office personnel has always been courteous.

Very helpful with coordinating billing with Insurance Company . Recruited someone in area when mom wanted 10 hours per day 7 days per week. Were also accommodating when scaled back to 9 hours per day.

They were on top of it with helpers when one couldn't make it.

The staff was always professional and respectful. The nurses were kind, encouraging and honest, but understandably thoughtful and sympathetic towards the situation. They accommodated our wishes and requests when possible. They always responded to our calls and followed up to any issues.

I think the rates have increased a little since we signed up, but that's to be expected over time. We decreased the number of visits in response. The woman that comes regularly [name removed] is helpful and personable (talkative), which is good for my mom who has dementia and benefits from folks talking to her. [name removed] is also very helpful when it comes to cleaning and taking my parents to do errands

Every single person they have sent is very friendly! And if someone calls in , they always call me and find someone else right away. They are good at communicating. Our families experience is that they have great communication. Everyone they have sent is very friendly and they always find someone to come if the scheduled caregiver can't make it.

Home Instead has been part of my mom's care team since she moved into assisted living in March of 2023. All of the caregivers have been excellent and kind. I am coordinating my mother's care from long distance, and I've always found the staff to be helpful, attentive, and communicative. Highly recommend this agency.
