The office have been amazing - friendly, empathetic, helpful and kind and the staff they have provided for 24/7 in home care are fantastic.

They were angels who devoted every minute to my mom. She loved the personal attention, which I could only give her in small doses. The time they were visiting her was a reprieve for me, to shop, clean, or just rest. So necessary when someone has dementia. Even when she went into a care facility, we continued to use their services 4 days a week. I knew she was well cared for, above and beyond what any care facility could or would provide. Home Instead's attention was totally devoted to her. They were my answer to my prayers. Best thing I could have ever done for my mom.

Golden Heart Senior Care has been a game changer for our family! The owners [name removed] and [name removed] have helped in so many ways. We have been using some other agencies here in Austin, what a disappointment! Always another caregiver every other week....inexperienced and unreliable. From the beginning we have had the same caregiver, and if she's ill or needs a day off, we get the owner - [name removed]! She is a nurse and is very knowledgeable. We absolutely highly recommend Golden Heart Senior Care!

I liked all the caregivers, because they all took a liking to [name removed]. [name removed] also took a liking to them as well. They all did a great job taking care of her, preparing meals etc. I would definitely recommend you folks to other people in need of your services!

They will listen to your needs and tell you what you need. Close by, trying to find a company that clicked. This one was one of my last choice.

Our family highly recommends Golden Heart Senior Care in Austin! We interviewed over 10 companies in Austin, but only this company had the quality care that our family needed in this stressful time. We have had only 2 caregivers with my parents who have been a blessing, provided by Golden Heart. They are reliable, caring and very knowledgeable in helping with our parents needs. The owner, [name removed] is a nurse who visits regularly and communicates effectively with all our family members! We will never use another company again!

The caregiver that sticks out the most for me was a girl named [name removed]. She was wonderful with my husband. They had a nice bond.

I am very pleased with the SYNERGY folks. The quality of the caregiver on [name removed] behalf is more than borderline 11. He is my closet link to my mother, she depends on him as do we. If the people of the world we more like him... this would indeed be a much better world!

Definitely a 5. Our home care professional was fabulous. Look for a caregiver with experience in the field of illness. It's most helpful. I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking!

I would rate them a "5" across the board in all areas! The owner, [name removed] is always very responsive, caring, and so kind. If I ever have any concerns (which has been very rare)- she immediately addresses them in an effective manner. Mom's care has been so great! [name removed]cares for mom as if she was her own mother. She also takes good care of her caregivers with competitive pay and other incentives - which makes a difference in the quality of caregivers. I am soooo pleased that I changed agencies and began using Promise!

The staff was friendly and very attentive. The reason for my lower score on #3 was because my mom went downhill so fast I'm not sure all of the staff was prepared for how to deal with her changing requirements. We wish we would have been able to use their services for longer but sadly Mom didn't stick around much longer. It did seem kind of pricey which is why we waited for that level of care but we loved their services for the short time we used them.

I have had good experiences with them [name removed], one of the coordinators ,for caregivers, she has been great. She was even up very late one not helping me with a problem with one of the caregivers & sending someone else who is on a regular schedule with us now. Best to text her & she is great to work with. Prices are very reasonable
