Just like physicians, a care worker sometimes needs time to develop a good rapport with their patients. We found a great one right a way, but it might take awhile to find a perfect fit! Someone is good for your loved one!

The young lady that worked for us was extremely kind and affectionate to my mom. She loves the attention and interactions with her. We gave her a list of items we want to address and she did a great job with that. We found the front office very easy to work with if we needed to make changes to her schedule.

It wasn't a pleasant experience for myself and my mom because she did not want anyone in her home. The person who helped , [name removed], showed up with a beautiful plant when she first met us. She was so nice and even tho she was on vacation the next week when we were to start with a caregiver, she called me to check in to see how things were going. [name removed] also hooked us up with a doctor and helped with other medical concerns. She really cares about the people she works with. Others that I spoke with from Home Instead were very helpful and supportive of how things were going or not going with us. I don't know if my experience is even a good one to share but the organization is top notch!

They are very good at following the plans and request you have for your loved one. They are receptive to constructive criticism. Services are phenomenal.

Overall the staff was great. We did have a couple of aids that did not work out - one was running their own business during the hours they were supposed to be attending to my dad, and one just wasn't the right personality for my dad (no issue with the person - they just didn't click). The staff that helped me at the very end of my father's life when he had slipped into uninterruptible sleep were the absolute best. End of life is hard to deal with but they were there for me emotionally as well as to assist with my dad

The administrators are always professional and easy to reach. They matched me with a caregiver who fits me perfectly. She helps with around the house and even joins me for walks and conversation. I feel respected and seen, which matters so much at this stage of life.

Home instead is in home service. Very satisfied. Have used the service several times. 5 on all. Always been great. All care givers arrived on schedule. Friendly and polite. Never complained. Yes, we would recommend their services to other families.

The staff was always very helpful and the caretakers were so sweet and helped my mom a lot! Scheduling was very easy too!
