The Auberge has a terrific team taking care of us, the residents. This morning while I was getting ready to go to breakfast which starts at 0800, I was getting annoyed because no one had com to get my wife ready. At 0750, I went to the dining room and told the senior CNA present that the assigned aid had not yet come. Everything looked normal. Within 2 minutes, an aid, not the one assigned, arrived and helped me get my wife ready. At 0810, I realized something unusual was happening. The care giving staff was having an all hands meeting. A couple of minutes later, they broke up and the CNAs disappeared. The Chef and dishwasher started serving breakfast. Soon missing residents and CNAs started showing up. This is a one of the reasons I love living here. The entire staff cares about us, the residents. Without having senior manager present yet, the staff figured out the problem and immediately corrected the situation so none of the residents were adversely affected. Thank You

My loved one is currently a resident at Barathaven Memory Care. It's a wonderful facility! The staff is fantastic and very nice. The facility is very clean. The meals are great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Overall, The Auberge is a wonderful facility. The entire staff, from top to bottom, is dementia trained, and their interactions with patients are encouraging. My Mom was a very "difficult" case of Alzheimer's. The Auberge was very patient with Mom, was always looking for ways to improve her comfort level and helped facilitate one-on-one care when we reached that point. I know The Auberge is probably on the more expensive side, but I think it really is worth it if one has the means. They were so fantastic to my Mom, and I will always be grateful.

They were very helpful and really good with my Dad. Unfortunately my Dad passed away recently but I am really grateful for the time he had there.

We have been happy with Washington Gardens and would recommend it to other families. I like that it's a single level and more like a Community. They also have single rooms with a private bathroom.

My parent has lived at Auberge for many years now and has really done well there. The staff seem to legitimately care about his health and well-being, and our family thinks the world of them. Highly recommend!

Overall The Auberge at Cedar Park has been a great experience and the staff members there are wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My mom is a resident at Pecan Point Assisted Living and Memory Care. The facility is bright and cheery with well balanced meals served. There are daily activities, even on the weekends. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to others and I'm so glad that we found it for our Mom.

The staff is very friendly and caring. They have been able to answer our questions and help us get all care organized. The food is good and there are stable options if something doesn't appeal to my grandma that day. There are a variety of activities and the facility is well kept. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend Gilman Park to other families.

I enjoyed the tour experience at The Meadows at Escalante. It was a newer facility and way out of my price range. It felt more like a cold overly modern hotel to us. No handicapped observed, it seemed like a place for higher functioning people.

We toured Heritage Oaks Assisted Living and Memory Care and it was a very good tour! The facility itself was great. However, it was more expensive than most of the other facilities that we toured.

After much searching, our family chose Auberge to be our father’s home. It was definitely the right decision for many reasons! [name removed], executive Director; [name removed], Director of nursing; and all staff members work diligently to create a safe and cheerful environment. [name removed], whose own mother suffered with dementia, really understands our fears, concerns and sorrows. [name removed]always responds to any concerns in a timely manner. Staff members are kind and compassionate to residents. While visiting one day, I observed a housekeeper stop working to offer help and kindness to a resident who was confused and upset. There are many more examples….. On behalf of my father and all the residents at Auberge, thank you ALL for loving our families as if they were your own family!

The friendliness of the staff members get 5+ stars and based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Auberge of Vintage Lake to other families. Our loved one has not been eating for weeks but has always said the food was very good and what I was able to sample was great. We also like the access to shakes, water, snacks, etc. Our loved one does not participate in the activities but from what I observe there is a lot and there are a lot of happy residents and caregivers. We are happy with the cost. Mom is now on hospice but it was a terrific value for us when they managed her insulin!

The reason we did not rate the meals and dining is because they haven't been there during dining so no opinion. This isn't really a comment on Terrace at Beverly Lake because it's expensive everywhere, but we hate that the facility like most is part of a huge corporation. I'm sure there are ways to lower the cost if that wasn't the case and care facility were independent of corporate greed.

We love Laurel Glen. They are finally well staffed. My family member loves their staff. They respond quickly to our concerns. The facility is newly remodeled, and Frontier, the new owners, are very family oriented. We are now moving her into Memory Care, and the transition was very smooth. We've already recommended 2 other families here.

The staff is very personable and really knows the residents. The management team makes it a priority to know all the residents closely. They new my moms likes and dislikes accurately. I always felt like I could talk with whomever I needed to without delay. Super friendly staff. My mom was as happy as she could be while staying there. I always felt she was well cared for, allowed to maintain her independence and was safe. Auberge has a wonderful open layout that allows for residents to roam inside and outside freely and safely. My mom was an avid walker and the Auberge provided the space she needed for that daily activity.

Sagebrook made me feel at home and that they cared about my experience as well as my wife's. Although my wife had stopped being responsive to care, they went out of their way to attempt to reach her and help her. I would highly recommend them.

Most the staff is very friendly and caring. There is always one that is like a thorn, but that's expected. I didn't really have housekeeping as my loved one was here for about a month. The garbage was always taken out, but there wasn't really a lot to clean since she was in bed and not up and around. Communication was pretty good. The meals could be better. Of course, they were bringing my loved one blended foods because she was hardly eating. Overall, I would recommend this facility. I had actually talked to a resident that had been to several and lived at several facilities and she said this was the best one she had been at yet. The Executive Director [name removed] was wonderful working with me on trying to find a last-minute facility since my loved one was being exited from rehab due to insurance. She made things happen quickly and promised they would be able to take care of my loved one as a hospice patient. I also had hospice involved with her care, which helped.

My brother has been a resident at the Reserve of Oswego for a little over a month. My experience has been very favorable during his stay. I think he is treated very well. My brother tells me the meals are tasty and nutritious. They keep the residents very busy with games, crafts and visiting with each other. I also like that family members are welcome to take part in the activities.

My mom is a resident in Assisted Living at The Meadows at Escalante. This is not just a facility, this place is a wonderful community! A community that my mom loves and is thriving in! The Staff and the Activities are a 5+. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
