The staff at The Bridges is mostly friendly. Some of the CNAs are not. Management overall seems to be very competent and stable. Recent staffing issues have caused some problems. The facility lost its chef and the food quality has suffered. Also, the food portions have been reduced recently. There seems to be not enough CNAs and dining staff to accommodate the number of residents. Housekeeping is great. The facility is clean and well maintained. The grounds are well kept. There are several opportunities to participate in activities including crafts, entertainment, games and fitness. The director and staff are excellent. Overall, it is a very nice comfortable facility. I would like to rate it higher than a 3 overall, but with the poor food quality and staff shortages I chose not to. These may be temporary problems that I hope will improve. We have only been at The Bridges for 3 months.

Overall the place is nice, clean, and most of the staff are very friendly. My parents are in the assisted living area. I’m pleased with the nursing team. My concerns are that we were promised a certain dietary plan of a fish option daily. This all changed recently. We were told that are parents would have a choice of a dining time. This has changed as well. They have been mandated to a 4:30 dining slot with no exceptions.

Our family after looking at pictures online and getting ready to set up a tour date, we spoke with the director and we just got a bad first impression. After the phone call we decided to cancel our scheduled tour

We chose Symphony Manor of Feasterville because of the distance from my house as well as the price compared to other places we looked into. We have had no issue with the room size, she was in a studio. I would say that the food was poor, the food she was given at times did not look recognizable and she was given stale bread a lot. The woman [name removed] who ran the place, she was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, but in the end it was not what we thought it was going to be.

I've been impressed with safety measures taken during Covid pandemic. Thank you. I do have ongoing concerns about staff turn over and safety at the front desk. The door should be secured when no personnel are at the front desk, but I've often walked in and no one is there.

Safe environment for memory care. Moderate to good caregivers. Rooms are very nice and facility is kept very clean. Communication could be better.

[Removed] was very nice. Room was modern and nice. Eating area was pretty dark and a little depressing. Wasn't sure about residents since I didn't see many on my tour.

An older building , noticed some smell of urine in halls which is a big turn off for me , rooms were good size and all 1 bedroom which was good , did not like the dining room being in lower level , that's quite a long way if on the fourth floor , and down the hall ..staff very nice , didn't get that feel for this place ...

My husband is not doing very good here. The care is not the best with how he is doing. The cost is more than I thought and there has not been much help financially. he just wants to go home. They have activities for participation and he has tried a few but still is not comfortable here.

The facility and apartments are well done and maintained. We chose the facility to facilitate an easy transfer from assisted living to Hospice for my Mother. Initially everything was fine, although we frequently saw a lack of communication between caregivers...as time went by that became more of an issue. The nursing staff are all LPN and the aides are all STNAs. I would ask the nurse to patient ratio. Assisted Living is a wonderful concept but not for everyone, especially those in declining health. Food Service is a a strong point as the staff really aims to please...and the food is excellent. Also activities are planned daily....and Holiday celebrations are spectacular! As with any LTC or AL I encourage frequent unannounced visits. There are safety s concerns and I am sure they are being addressed by staff & management,

Very nice facility. Memory care is all inclusive. Has an odor. Not my favorite for that reason .

I went in there was no one to show me around, the location is where the old hospital was torn down, in old neighborhood, I didn't get warm fuzzies, a janitor showed me a room. I was very early and had not made an appt, so I don't fault them for that.

I was supposed to meet with a person who called in sick that day, and no one knew that I had an appointment. I was asked if I had an appointment or if I had just dropped in. I waited 45 minutes while they found someone to give me a tour, and was finally shown around by the head of building maintenance. He did a great job, but was unable to give me any prices of the rooms. The rooms that I saw were too small, and this facility would not be near the top of my list of possibilities. I did speak with two residents who were very pleased with this facility.

Would not consider. Activities are not what I really am interested in.

Visited, but found out they do not accept Medicaid patients in Pa., it is more expensive than Bella Terra and a bit further away so is not in the running.

This was a very beautiful place.
