Waterford is a good place to spend your "golden" years. Staff and residents are very friendly and kind. Activities are wonderful, both inside and out. Bus trips and programs are frequent. If you still drive, the underground parking is great! Physical therapy is in-house as well as assisted living.

We are so happy with the Waterford! So is mom! She really likes all the staff. They truly care about her. They joke with her & are very accommodating to all her wants & needs.

We had a great meeting with the Director of Sales. She was very informative, listened and helped my family decide to have a respite visit for our mom to see if a move out of her home makes sense. Later, the Executive Director met with me and addressed my concerns and put my mind at ease.

I enjoy having things to do with my grandma we get to play bingo and sometimes I win when I win. It makes my grandma very happy. It’s our time when we get to be together and have fun and laugh. Sometimes I help her friends because they cannot see very well and it’s a lot of fun.

This is a "home." My apartment is lovely with a view and lots of sun. Everyone here is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful

I was so happy to hear that someone would give me my medication’s. My daughter thinks that I don’t take my medication and so this made her very happy. I also like that they will do my laundry which made my daughter happy because I sometimes forget to wash my clothes.

We moved my father in law in last spring and he has adjusted well. The staff is kind and patient with him. We weren’t sure how he would adjust but he has done so beautifully. He enjoys the desserts the most!

The community is a great fit for Mom. The staff is excellent, the food is delicious and Mom enjoys the activities. We are very satisfied. She has lived here almost two years and enjoys every minute of it.

I have had an exceptional visit with staff and residents looking forward to moving my loved one in for January. The meal was delicious I know my mom will love it. Three meals a day sounds great I will refer my friends also.

I found everyone at Waterford to be excellent in their respective roles. Everyone was so friendly and professional. This included administration, social services, front desk, food service, nursing, CNAs, and housekeeping. Just a well run place from soup to nuts. My Mother enjoyed her time there greatly as both an independent and assisted living resident. I highly recommend Waterford.

I recently vacationed in Wisconsin, and had the chance to visit my mother in law [name removed], several times at The Waterford in West Bend. The atmosphere is fun and friendly, and the staff I met were kind and professional. Her personal needs are taken care of, the meals are delicious, and there are many extra activities for her to participate in. She really enjoys playing Bingo and crafting, and I was able to share a concert with group participation that everyone enjoyed. I'm pleased we were able to find this place for [name removed] to live where she can get the care she needs while enjoying her life as much as possible.

I am a resident of The Waterford. I love that there is always something fun to do here. I also love the variety of entertainment that we have here in this community. We have a very good Activities Director. She is always helpful and kind.

The staff at The Waterford is very accommodating with my needs. I especially like the freedoms that I have. For example, I can drive my car and go out with my friends, or I can go to the store. Overall, I rate this community 5 stars.

The staff at the Waterford is very nice and welcoming. Magnolia Trails is a Memory Care community that is inside The Waterford. It is small enough for individualized attention to each of the residents.

I live at the Waterford; the staff and residents are very nice. The apartments are well kept, spacious and beautiful. The staff is caring across the board. This community is a place where I can connect with other residents and staff.
