I had toured a few different communities in the area and none of them gave me the feeling that I have with this community. My husband seems to be adjusting well other than the fact he wants more independence than what he has. The staff is wonderful they are friendly and caring they know all the residents by name. The community is nice looking inside and out. They have rocking chairs out front and a nice courtyard out back the residents and families can enjoy. The food is wonderful I have eaten here several times and every been disappointed. They go out to lunch a couple of times with my husband

My mother is doing as well as can be expected since her move to this community. It was a ruff start at first, but everything is working out well now. They have a wonderful, caring staff at this community. We know she is safe, and in good hands. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. We would recommend this community, it is working out well for our family.

I took a tour of Brookdale Cordova when I was searching for a community for my loved on. The facility itself was nice and the tour guide was very friendly, I had a good tour of the place.

This is a nice community, and my tour of it went very well. Everyone was very kind, and friendly to my family. The community looked well-kept. The staff was kind, and polite. The experience went well overall, but I did find another community that suited our needs better.

I really liked this community when I visited. They explained that no matter what level of care they needed all of the residents interact with each other. They all go to meals together they help each other and participate in activities together. The community is clean and the staff I met were nice. We may have chosen this community if it was a little closer to family.

My mother is doing very well since her move. I would recommend this community for assisted living because we have had a good experience with them so far. They have a lot of activities and entertainment constantly.

I have no complaints about the tour my loved one and I received at this community. All of the staff where very friendly and seemed to really enjoy there job. I was impressed to see many of the residents involved in many different activities throughout the building with lots of interaction. I was even offered a chance to try one of the meals during my visit to see what the dinning experience was like.

My father is very regimental, he was a marine and spent years on the fire department.When he's told that laundry is done at a certain time on Thursday he expects his laundry to be picked up. I understand they have many residents and things don't always go that smoothly.It's been difficult for him because he is an independent person and he feels like he has lost control. I've done everything but stand on my head to get him involved in events the community offers. The staff encourages him as well. I have not tried the food. There's been a couple times he's not liked the food. He's used to dining out and and he can be a picky eater but I think he is learning to settle.It's a very clean community and they have undergone a recent renovation. My father is in a newer room. We chose Forest Hills because we felt were getting the most out of our money and it's very close to home.

My mother has moved back home, but her experience with this community was a nice one. I knew she was safe, and in good hands. They provided her with great care. The only issue I had was that there was an urine smell that lingered around the community, I did address this with the staff. Other than that issue they do a good job with the cleanliness of the facility. My mother is still pretty independent, but if needed I would bring father back to this community. It is a nice community, and I would recommend it.

The staff at the Brookdale Cordova have been great. They are nice and friendly. The Brookdale was one of the best options from what we looked into. I would recommend this place to anyone looking, they do a great job.

This community was under construction when we toured it. It was a gorgeous community and we liked that it was close to family. The cost was all inclusive and unfortunately it was a little more expensive than we were looking for.

The sale person [Removed] called me right away to help me with finding me a place for a short term palace for my dad. I had my dad come with me to check the pace out. He was please with the size of his room. He liked that the place was not to big that he won't get lost. he loved the faceted there where no elevators. That was a real plus for my dad. Overall it was a very pleasant feeling. my dad has been there a month and is doing well.

I would say my husband is doing a lot better since his move to this community. He is more active now, and even getting involved in the community. He enjoys the residents, and so far I'am very satisfied with all they have done for us. They have good activities offered for the residents, and good outings outside the community. They have really provided me a peace of mind know he is safe and in good hands. He is safe and being cared for very well, and I would recommend this community.

My mom is happy in her new community and the staff are doing a good job providing good care. She is doing fine here. So far she seems to be good with the meals. The community has activities for her to participate and have outings scheduled.

This community is a little pricier than the community we choose. The location was farther away than the community we choose. The staff were nice and the community is clean. I liked this community during our tour, however I liked the community we chose a little better.

Mom is still adjusting to living at Heather Heights. The staff are caring, loving and supportive. The kitchen staff have bent over backwards to accommodate her diet. They keep the community extremely clean. They do offer activities for the residents. This community gets my recommendation.

I went on a tour they were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The community was very clean and well kept. It was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was nice.

My brother seems to enjoy Forest Hill Heights...he loves the food and because he's younger than most,he is allowed to get seconds. He is making friends and they do have alot of activities. He likes going out in the van to eat lunch.....and there is alot of activities on the calender.....He likes his little room ...he finally has privacy and with his key, he feels like he has a little respect. I think the main thing is getting them out with others as soon as possible. As nursing homes go, I think it's a nice place. They are going to remodel, but men seldom notice that. Residents are allowed to come and go with family....I don't worry about him and I think he's happy.

My father is doing pretty well at Brookdale Cordova. It's very clean, the staff is very friendly, it's a good place. They have good meals, he says the food is delicious. They serve full course meals with meat and vegitables. I haven't seen him participate much in activities but I have seen their activity calendar.

I recently brought my mother to Brookdale: Cordova. She is 96 y/o and did not want to leave her home. Although, there have been a few kinks, the staff is eager to meet with me & work toward a resolution. The menus offer a great selection. My mother eats everything on her plate. This is a woman who made her own bread & her family owned a bakery. Mother's room has always been clean when I visit. The staff friendly. I am traveling on new territory and realize this is a learning experience for me. Brrokdale : Cordova & staff have been great. I appreciate their patience & guidance as we travel this new journey together. Well done !!!!!
