I think that my overall experience is great. I can count on any problems have the staff will go out of their way to fix it

The front desk person and other staff go well out of there way to ensure my happiness and safety. Courteous professionalism is there object, excellence is there standard. The staff make Baytowers a wonderful place to reside.

I have to say this community is absolutely wonderful. The care and love they show to their residents is incredible! The employees are always happy when I stop by and always with a smile on their face. I love the way they interact with residents and families as they truly do care about your loved ones. If you are looking for a community that feels like home, this is the place to check out.

My sister is enjoying living at Pacifica Sun City Senior Living. She enjoys the activities, socializing and food. Her room is a very nice size and has 2 large closets. They have outings to local restaurants, which my sister also enjoys.

This is the perfect place for my Aunt ! The staff from the time that I first met with [name removed] to consider this ALF option was so helpful and caring and guided me through everything that needed to be done. Then once she moved in there is always someone their to assist her when needed and the communication to the families from the team is INCREDIBLE! I love know that there are such caring people taking care of her.

The staff is so professional and so kind and you will feel like everyone at the facility, Residents or staff are all one family. I highly recommend this community, [name removed] the executive manager will go above and beyond to make sure that everything is done the right way. Keep the hard work and Thank you very much for taking care of the elder in our community

Placed my stepmother here in February 2023. At first she was not real happy but she seems to have adjusted and is doing very well. I feel she is getting very good care here and I'm glad we chose here for her care.

Aesthetically it's very welcoming and the people are lovely at my brothers. Very happy there.I would say that my brother is happy there. He said the food is very good. The people are lovely to him and they treat the patient's very well.

I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed every day. The employees are wonderful, kind and helpful. I feel like I am living with my family

we are very happy with this facility. Friendly and caring staff. Facility is beautiful and clean. Food is not as good as we expected would like. Would like more transportation to MD appointments

Overall very happy she is there. She fell about a month ago while living there. She needed stitches in her head and broke her hip. They made sure to let me know she fell and where they took her by ambulance. They also worked with the inpatient rehab facility she went to after hip surgery to be sure she was okay to go back to Pacifica. Comments: #6 - Activities - gave rating of 3 since they do not have many activities my mom feels comfortable participating in. She is legally blind and she sometimes struggles with some activities since she doesn't see well.

Our loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley and everything about her experience at this facility has been great so far. Communication with the family is excellent. The staff have a genuine concern for the well being of the residents. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, activities and value for cost are also great. The food is good. We have no regrets about selecting Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley for our loved one.

Seemed the friendliest staff, cleanest, large enough room and not dingy looking. I picked this community because that it is where I'd want my loved one.

My mother lived here for approximately two years The staff is very caring and loving supportive to the family. The cottages and outside areas are beautiful i would highly recommend Pacifica Belleair

Since we have a new Chef in the kitchen, the food has been amazing. The caregivers are wonderful at their job.

I was passing through and thought I would check out the community. I am looking for my mother; I walked in and immediately felt the positive energy from the administration and Staff. I love the open space and that it is memory care only. I am touring other communities however this is my top choice.
