They need to work on their meals. They need to have more to offer the residents for choices. My loved one was in another community and the residents were able to order off the menu with what they wanted. This is what needs to happen at this community. Overall the staff and community are nice and friendly. This is a great place for your loved one. They have an activities director, but I don't know what activities they have available for the residents. The room, utilities, transportation for doctor appointments, changing of linens, laundry service, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee. There is an extra charge for medication management for my loved one. There is a point system and the less assistance your loved one need the less the monthly fee is.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff is incredible. [name removed] ( executive director), [name removed]( RN) , and [name removed]( community relations director) are awesome! They truly care about the residents and the families. Unfortunately my mom passed away before we could get her there, but [name removed] has reached out to me personally, multiple times to see how I’m doing. It’s so appreciated and shows the level of care and concern they have

They were unable to keep my loved one here and it was no fault of there own. I feel like they did everything that they could to try to care for my loved one. My loved one has some behavioral issues from time to time and it can make it hard but they kept him clean and did an amazing job. One of the workers there is hands on with every resident and knows them all by name.

I love The Woodmark at Sun City. The staff are incredibly honest and that is HUGE for me. If they make a mistake they own it and I did not get that in the other facility we had her at. They got my mother who has an eating disorder to gain weight and that has been amazing. They take residents out to the park, mom gets to walk over to the library on the other side, and they play corn hole. They incorporate OT and PT in their activities which is super helpful. I would 100% recommend them without any hesitation.

I enjoy attending these events for my father. you all work really hard to put on such a wonderful event. the food is SO good! we love having our dad in a caring facility.

caregivers in Cottage five are very sweet and take excellent care of my brother-in-law. he is very happy here.

my uncle is a resident and our family is so impressed and thankful for the care he receives. he's happy and surrounded by good people who take care of him.

We had a very good tour at Sellwood. The lady who gave the tour was very nice. The staff seemed to know every resident by first name. The facility itself was great. It just wasn't suitable for my loved one. The location was not conducive to getting outdoors at all, and it was in a very busy location. Also the multi-story building would have been confusing to her.

This community was fine when my loved one was there for assisted living. We needed memory care and they did not have any openings at the time that we needed it.

my parents have been well taken care of. staff is welcoming and friendly. residents are remembered by name and treated with affection and respect. everyone from director to reception, to nursing staff, maintenance, activity director, house keeping, are caring, professional, and compassionate.

my experience at the Meridian at Stone Creek has been absolutely awesome. it began with their sales director. she was and still is an amazing point of contact who answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. all and I mean ALL other staff members were very professional and "cool".

[name removed] is fabulous!!! I can't say enough about her. she's kind, patient, and truly cares. she took a very stressful situation and made it memorable. she answered all questions, concerns, regardless of the time of day.

living here I feel safe, taken care of and grateful. staff knows me personally and take care of my apartment - linen, and showering.

I had a big adjustment coming to this facility. I only wanted to go home, it took some time for me to realize that I belonged living here and that this would become my new home. they take good care of me and all my needs, and help me with any problem I might have. I like it, and everyone is nice.

my aunt lived at Pacifica Northridge about 8 years ago. I visited my friends mother today, and was so surprised at the transformation of the place. Pacifica has always been warm and welcoming, but it looks awesome. they have made it so bright and modern. it felt good before, but now it is AMAZING.
