Brookdale

I think everyone has been friendly and helpful. Accommodating are comfortable and the atmosphere nice. Our resident is content and well cared.

The staff is very supportive and always helpful. Every meal with my wife and kids one at a time they all thought the food was good. My son (cable installer). He has been in hundred of these and this the best one.

The commons areas at the community are a 5 in terms of cleanliness, but our friends apartment would be more like a 3. We gave the activities N/A because he doesn't really participate in them. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

As a family we were so grateful to find Brookdale where our sometimes difficult mom got the personalized and loving care she deserved even when that was not the easiest thing to do as her dementia progressed. Their communication and involvement with our family was amazing. We just wish we had found Brookdale in the first place rather than trying Assisted Living and then Memory Care with the less than desirable [facility name removed]!

Anything to improve what is graded less would be solved by more people being available to work.

She said she loved out community and ate fish for lunch.

I enjoyed my tour of the community, and I'm pleased with what they have to offer. It's a great place, and everyone seems to be happy and engaged. I like that they have an exercise class and are clean.

The marketer was very polite and explained the community and made it specific to our needs. He was the most enjoyable par of the tour.

Brookdale is an excellent senior living community with great attention to detail and friendly staff members. We're very pleased with them and mom loves it there.

My grandfather has been living at Brookdale for several years now. We have never had any issues and my grandma loves it there. The staff is amazing and so friendly.

All fives for all categories. We had a very short stay at Brookdale Middleton, but the staff was fantastic with our loved one.

No others for comparison. Very satisfied with overall care. We are self-med and wife was put on Hospice after 1.5 months. It was the only one I visited and it met all my expectations for cleanliness and cost. The employees all were smiling and greeted us. Big thing was lack of urine smell and staff friendliness.

The community s pleasant and safe. My loved one is enjoying living there as an independent person. She has made many friends and enjoys the food. She participates in most activities.

The staff is very nice and seem to really care about the people there, including Mom of course! Based on the experience we have had with Brookdale Stanwood, we would recommend this community other families.

Brookdale Cape May takes excellent care of my mom. This is a wonderful and caring place to be. The residents, staff and management all make this place extra special. Meals are great here also. Brookdale Cape May has special events that they personally cater. There is pride from staff and the events are top-notch for residents and family. I feel secure knowing my mom is in good hands and that is the best part of it.

My dad passed away [date removed] at Samaritan Hospital. Although Brookdale East was very nice, my dad's needs were greater than they could manage. When assessing Brookdale, though they told us they provided a higher level of care (enhanced) than other assisted living facilities (such as the the Eddy Hawthorne, where my dad had been, but was a safety risk after multiple falls). Once at Brookdale my dad ended up falling 3 times while there (once because he escaped and made it 1/2 mile down Rt.7) - he was there maybe a total of 3-4 weeks. On his third fall at Brookdale, while at Samaritan, Brookdale still wanted him back, although at that point it was clear my dad needed a skilled nursing facility/memory care facility. So, as much as Brookdale East was clean, the food good, the staff lovely, they seemed hungry for a private pay resident - overlooking the fact that their services were inadequate for my dad's quickly declining state.

The energy friendliness and relayed atmosphere attracted me the first time I visited. All staff are trained well and perform their duties well. The meals are good and the activities are appropriate. As my loved one' needs have increased. The staff have responded well. The facility specialize in dementia residents.
